Hii mam ,plz tell abt fondant. Like whn i cover the whipped cream cake with fondant accent thn how many hours shud i keep cake in fridge? As i m new in handling fondant.
HI, you cant cover the whipped cream cake fully with fondant, only chocolate ganache cake can be fully covered with fondant. you can place fondant decorations or toppers on the whipped cream cake but place them only little before using or delivering the cake. also after placing the fondant decorations on the whipped cream cake you need to first pack the cake in a cardboard box and then keep the box in the fridge. see this playlist for more details on how to use fondant : czcams.com/play/PLmdbv5it_RBhQlaP3zvZ3s0J7OXW3cjCJ.html

Mam I use redymade fondant but rainy season me vo melt hone lagta hai or use cake pr kab rakhe Please bataye mam or fondant ko cream cake pr rakhne ke baad kya hum use freez me rakh sKate hai Please reply mam
always work in an ac room with fondant in humid rainy or summer season. place the fondant decorations on a whipped cream cake as late as possible or only little before sending or using the cake. never keep fondant or fondant toppers in fridge. after the placing the fondant toppers on the whipped cream cake if there is still time in using it then first pack the cake in the cardboard box and then keep the box in fridge. never in freezer.
