What keeps Gasol so good at his age is that his footwork is absolutely perfect.

He is really impressive for a big man, and I got to admit that he has got a real nice jumper for a player his size. Pau brings a lot to the table, I know there is a lot of teams that would love to have an all around player like Gasol.

I'm very hyped for him and LaMarcus playing together. Hopefully the Spurs' system allows better than expected defensive production from Pau like it did with Aldridge.

Even though we won rings with Pau I still think Kobe handcuffed him to an extent. This is a man had he been a little more selfish could of been a top 15 all-time scorer.

Spurs lineup: Parker, Green, Leonard, Aldridge, Gasol
The way spurs beat the warriors is to hammer them down low in the paint and kick it out to their open shooters for wide open shots. If you hammer the warriors down low assuming that is their starting lineup, the spurs have a decent chance at beating them
Green will body Curry, K will body Durant, Green and Pachulia can't do shit against LA and Gasol, factor in the GSW lost all their bench, their rim protector/screen setter ... I think the Spurs had a better off season overall. Last year in OKC series LA was injured his finger was broken or something like that...
Abboud Ab Curry, Thompson, Durant > Parker, Green, Leonard. Green and Pachulia will not be able to do anything to Aldridge and Gasol. It'll be the older smarter team vs the younger and quicker team. I like the Spurs over the Warriors this year. They will know how to dominate inside vs this team in the playoffs
Daniel I was talking defensively, Green and Leonard are excellent defenders, Parker played good defence last year, and I honestly believe that we lost the OKC series because of our bigs. too old/fat slow
