Gotta be careful around these old, tired elevators. Most of the time it’s either due to poor maintenance or just bad ageing. I believe a similar thing happened to me with the XiZi OTISes at Empire Hotel in Subang, and when the doors fixed themselves the lift played the “Please stand clear of the closing doors” message.
The same accident happened on a 2015 hyundai YZER elevator, i ride the elevator then i go to floor 3. And when i reach the floor 3, the door wont fully open (just like this) but it only takes 10 seconds for it to close.
That's a sad stuck I went to use that lift at sunway pyramid again on February during chinese new year this thing happen to me also i got stuck also but for floor B2 is fine that floor is just the Basment Parking
The door has some issues, and soon after the door closed, the elevator not moving. I was nervous, about to press the bell button, but then I try it open and close again, soon after, the Lift moved and back to GF.
Oh my! I didn't know it would happen on CP3! I years ago I almost thought I got stuck in the exact same brand as well in the scenic Kone elevator! So I was at LG2, I pressed G, when it reached LG1, the elevator started malfunctioning and it showed "F" instead! It went down to LG2 and then when it goes to LG1 again, it showed "G" and then it repeated the same $hit until "LG1" finally showed up! As soon as I got off from F floor, I got off immediately. I literally tried to open the door and even pressed the alarm button but nothing happened! I was literally scared that I should just stick with Otis in Sunway Pyramid forever! F£%& the Kone elevators here in Sunway Pyramid!
@@matt32videos30 yeah. It's not your fault though. Never using Kone elevators here in Sunway Pyramid ever again! Otis is way better and I haven't ran into any problems at Sunway Pyramid although I did escape in 2 minutes as well
The same similar thing happen to me in Schindler elevator 5500 at plaza arkadia at lobby E. When i go down to B1 i heard a loud noise that i almost got stuck. After a few seconds, it continues moving. I think is due to poor maintenance. When i reach B2 i heard a chime at the elevator.

Yea you need to be careful, especially these kind of elevators.But other than that, this elevator is quite nice, not busy.

I think you get stuck cuz every peolple use this lift then the door roughe to open it.
