- Enjoy! Don't know why it took me this long to showcase this one as it's also an infamous battle. Unless you got a foolproof cheese strat to pull on this Samus, you're gonna be put under pressure chasing her down under a time limit on top of poisonous floors and defense buffs for the enemy.

This is truly how legend spirits should be. Not having it be the opponent with some unfair advantage that makes the battle cheap, but a battle that actually tests your skills
I am not saying that spirits are bad compared to event matches. Honestly, I think they are better than event matches. I love how these spirit battles have loads of replay value compared to event matches. The only problem I have is that some seem to rely too much on the outdated “Trial and Error” or “giving the enemy an unfair advantage”. I like ones that actually test your own skill and see what you have mastered as your character

I consider The Boss and Pauline to be the two hardest Spirit Battles in the game.

This is the true way to fight The Boss.
I used Donkey Kong along with the strongest available spirit (can’t remember what it was), used a “poison-immunity” based spirit, and spammed his Down-Special, and she kept walking/jumping into it!

I went straight for this spirit as soon as I could, and with no spirits just spiked with donkey kong at full health. Immediately gave me an OP spirit for the rest of the run
Playing with the Big Boss skin is how this fight is meant to be done. If only you did it without any zoning, while suicidal, would be perfect lol
Man! This is one of those #fightforever type of fights!
The addition of the Gruntilda support spirit has made this fight a little bit easier, but only just.
This fight was an absolute nightmare when I tried it with Bowser and Joker on my first try through World of Light. But when I did it on my second run, this time with Sephiroth, my strategy I used was Madama Butterfly's Poison Heals and Rodin, the Infinite One's Critical Health Ability to give me a much easier time with this fight. I won the battle in 45 seconds.

This takes forever!!! To clear
Kirby with Sigma, poison immunity and a jump spirit. Just fireball zero suit and then suck her in mid air and fall to her death.
No matter what I tried I couldn't beat the boss. With a maxed out advantage against her spirit and the best players I could find we could not beat her.
It was only when Sora came out that I was finally able to defeat her to the point where I meteor smashed her into the floor and out the arena.
I cheesed this with kirby. Throw her out of stage and down A so that she can’t reach the stage back lmao

I trying to drefeat that spirit but is hard. That level is hard

Mythra with Sword Attack+ and Gruntilda support made this fight an absolute joke.
