I can’t believe that bryleigh will be graduating from high school soon and I can’t believe that. Congratulations bryleigh? Good luck at the gym too. Hi Tracy, yes ring warm is litigious so try not to touch everywhere you touch up because then it will spread. I went to the doctor and doctor said don’t try not to touch it. Wash your hands Band-Aids good love you guys you guys take care and I’m so glad it was going away.

Your hair looks good! I actually like your natural color. Glad all of you are hitting the gym! I wish I could say the same thing...LOL. Do you swim in your pool at home, or does the gym have a pool? I hope it's heated.
I have a non-push body..don't know if anyone else does..but if I push myself I won't be able to keep awake until it's recovered back to how it was before the push. (If that makes sense 😁)
I did a couple of weeks of therapy and it was for my knee and ankle did not want to bend but it a lot better but they have antigravity treadmill and it would give you two wedgie where you float up to get the proper weight and you have to keep your feet down but I walked better in the machine. It is also very cold too.

They haven't, they went to gym together and he pushed her quite hard, so Tracy said will u not go with him again 🙈
