Ive seen that article, they only stressed on bot n referral cheating ... On multiple accounts, let me quote exactly their statement "Separately from dealing with bots, Hamster Kombat's team also there are no plans to prevent users from playing on multiple devices", this is same way as using one device to login multiply accounts n play the game just like many people connecting to same wifi with same ip to play their hamster game. This is my own judgement.

Playing on multiple devices is the same thing as borrowing a person's phone with telegram who also plays hamster Kombat to login n play your own hamster Kombat having forgot, misplaced or lost Ur own phone... After which u logout n hand d owners phone back, the owner logs in to his account n continues with his own Kombat game. The cycle continues ...

U can by just ,login your secondary telegram in your secondary device with mobile no and your hamster account will be shifted in new device automatically. Hamster running on server bot , not in your device.
