I tried them both in your shop and bought the 179 back in Sept 2019 as the bass was far better due to the larger soundboard. The treble didn't sound much different between the two. The 179 was a lot more powerful. The tuning stability is incredible and my piano tuner hasn't had to make any adjustments in my 4 years of ownership. It is a very bright piano so a large contrast when compared to a Blüthner for example.

This particular 162 seems the better piano in terms of voicing balance.
