At 1:27 he runs outside the shooting area. Thats OK in USPSA not in IPSC. If you step outside the area in IPSC you must enter the area again at the same spot.
that's a dumb rule anyway. this is supposed to be a shooting competition not an obstacle course.. as long as you shoot from the minimum distance required, it shouldn't matter where you are.

In 2011 you was allowed to do that. i think the rule changed in 2014.
