Petra is my role model, she is an independent, brave woman, a great mother, a bisexual and fashion icon. not to mention that she never changed her personality (or much of her) no matter how much people criticized her, and I'm glad she had a good ending because she worked so hard for everything.
I love the scene where Jane and Petra say they love each other, hug, and before Petra runs away kisses her on the forehead. I watched an interview with Yael once where she explained that kiss on the forehead was not scripted and she just felt compelled to do it. Always loved that.

She never specifically says she’s bisexual but she definitely is, no question about it. It feels like we’ve been stuck with characters whose stories revolve around their bisexuality, which is important, but we also need characters who are bi and have other things going on. because that’s also true to life

I never disliked Petra when I first started JtV but man, I never thought I’d fall so madly in love with her!! She’s such an icon with her one liners and eye rolling not to mention she’s so adorable and sweet under all that sassiness 😍😍😍
