New Content in Thousand Year Door?

- Well, there it is.It finally happened. We’re actually going to get a remake of Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door. It came as quite the surprise, as this series hadn’t received any remakes beforehand, and you’d think they’d start with the Paper Mario 64, but oh welp. Nevertheless, this is great news for Paper Mario fans as we will get to re-experience one of the best games that was released on the Gamecube. It does make you wonder, what changes should we expect from this remake? I’m (VA) and today we’re gonna explore the possible changes and improvements NIntendo could add to this remake of a fan favourite.

Maybe they're a Breath of the Wild fan, and they were thinking about the Great Calamity of 10,000 years ago. Zelda and Mario are practically the same series, almost the same character even... just remember, Mario's the one with the mustache.

Fun fact in the og game we actually do meet the 4 heros who defeated the shadow queen. They're the people who give you the "curses" this info is found out by talking to the old lady atop one of the buildings in rogueport where she mentions how each of the heros were cursed to lose their form once they stopped holding onto the crystal stars. (I may have slightly misremembered cuz it has been a while but either way it's strongly implied that the curse givers are the heros.)

It would still be nice to actually see them in their true forms, and have their characters fleshed out. Haven't you ever wondered what Goomelda looks like?

I’d really like for them to turn Luigi’s story that he tells you throughout the game into a playable experience, but I think that’s be asking quite a lot.
