Burnout is real! it's absolutely okay to just do nothing! That is a form of self care as well. Social media has normalized making notions like "being too busy" a cool thing for people to take on...When in actuality, it's not cool at all. Slow down, be grateful, and take it day by day. Naz, you probably have post covid symptoms! Brain fog, exhaustion, plus I’m sure all the work you have to get back to doesn’t help! I had it a few months back and felt the same way. It took weeks for me to get back to normal. There are also different mental illnesses that can manifest post covid, like depression and dementia - this is definitely a time to be kind to yourself and slow down a little, because you will just burn out easier if you don’t. Hope you feel better soon!!

I got hello fresh because of you as well and I got my first package Monday and it was so fire I’m like this is so convenient. I wish I could have had this whenever I was learning how to cook it definitely would have helped me back in the day. I love it now because rn being a mom and struggling to find new things to cook is so difficult. It gives you a chance to try new things to eat. 💕highly recommend. Making another meal tonight!
