Losing the catapult was the game changer. Grubby was actually holding
Needed to have 1 more. And losing the Barracks was fatal too.
There where a few moments when the game could have ended completely different. For example the double crit on the enemy catapult was very lucky. Or when the enemy BM evaded because his illusion popped out on the right side of the surround.

Brutal game more like a judo match just grappling the entire time. Thought Grubs had it when he killed Firelord but it wasn't enough.

That was a masterclass in both tower rush and tower rush defense. Grubby got caught offguard, it was a very quick tower build and well executed. The defense lasted far longer than I expected because of Grubby's insane micro.

Yes the opponent started the rush when their was kitting fight over one camp. So it was very likely to overlook the initial towers

This game was soo interesting that I had to rewatch it multiple times. If Grub didnt lose that catapult, he might have won this game. Anyways, to beat Grub in orc mirror you have to be really really good. Good job to the other player, and good job to Grubby for posting interesting games like this even if he loses.
That catapult loss was the beginning of the end. I wondered if it was worth it to go for the FL kill instead of keeping it safe.

7:46 hate when people timestamp the exact action instead of giving 1-2 seconds of context
Franzys is actually a pretty strong player. Going FL second in a tower push in Orc mirror is the kind of stuff that only an aficionado would know how to do. This is not the kind of stuff that the typical 1,600 MMR Orc player would even know about.

Thumbs up for your opponent this game. That was a very skilled tower rush there. The tower rush didn't start immediatly but later on the game at tier 2 with Ragnaros which felt unusual. I wonder what your opponent rating was because his micro was on point aswell. Thanks for uploading a loss.

I don't think it would change anything, he would just buy back bm and continue immediately, he's been mining uninterrupted since beginning so he is well set eco wise.
What if grubby didn't get 2 crit in a roll on that enemy Demo.
the best moments are those where grubby is completely silent, mouth open, galaxy brain mode

pick orc race but you must have a separate base per tribe you use.
for example
first base is orcs you can only build orc tribe based units at that base, second base is trolls you can only build troll tribe based units at that base and third base is tauren you can only build tauren tribe units...
use whichever tribes you like but each tribe must have their own expo.
and of course bring all tribes together to make one unified army!

I wonder if Grubby can prove we live in a simulation ) Imagine you are playing WC3 and a full-scale enemy army is about to attack you..Only till you realize that they are all illusions :P And you are yet to find out what's happening in the real world and when and where will the real army strike (and what is it lol)

Beautiful Grubby, i think he did pretty good but you went easy on him too much, i have seen times where if you completely were to focus his BM he would have drowned quicker than anything.

Both catapult losses seemed pivotal. If the opponent had left his cata behind the towers, it would have been over earlier.
