不明白为什么之前办了常青树奖现在又取消，常青树奖可以给资深演员机会，而把配角奖项让出来鼓励年轻演员和其他不被新传媒重视的中生代演员，现在好了常青树奖全部颁给向云后就取消了，资深演员现在要去和年轻演员争，导致资深的投诉，年轻的青黄不接，万年配角的中生代心灰意冷..
