If you have jobs that’s how it may be but if you have a career it’s different. Don’t listen to theses people on this economy. You’ve gonna have gaps in employment that employers aren’t going to want to see when you go back to work.driving a forklift is not a career.
My whole career I was never in a click. I was sent to Brazil, India Argentina, several States in the US you have to make your boss feel like your mentor. The first time Ivwent t Brazil on vacation I got back my boss asked me how the women were. I said amazing and he said what would you say if I could get you an assignment down there I said hell yes a week later I was on a Business class flight back down to Brazil for a 4 month assignment. I work for myself now but my whole career I made my bosses feel instrumental in my career and they happily promoted and gave me raises .entrepreneurship definitely has it’s b place but I recommend learning how to focus as an employee first.not everyone has the discipline to be their own boss.
