Goravanahalli MahaLakshmi (varamaa lakshmi) Suprabatha

The temple here is dedicated to goddess Mahalakshmi. It is believed that the idol of Shri Mahalakshmi is self originated. This unique and ancient temple attracts many a pilgrims. Special pooja's will be performed on Fridays. Free lunch is provided daily (all time) for the devotees.
Goravanahalli is one of the popular pilgrim centers located in the Koratagere taluk of Tumkur district. Goravanahalli is situated at about 80 Kms from Bangalore and 30 Kms from Tumkur.
