Is Deion Sanders the greatest two-sport athlete of all time?
GREATEST OF ALL TIME 🙏🙏🙏
Bo Jackson?
@@nattydreadlocks1973 2nd greatest 🤦🏿♂️
@kevinibin83 What! Dude started playing football in week four. By week 10 he was leading the league in rushing. This was back when teams actually ran the ball.
@@nattydreadlocks1973 Prime was so good that he played in both a SUPERBOWL and WORLD SERIES. Did Bo do that? NO!🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
On October 11, 1992, Sanders played in a Falcons game in Miami and then flew to Pittsburgh, hoping to play in the Braves' League Championship Series game against the Pirates that evening and become the first athlete to play in two professional leagues in the same day!
David Justice will always be loved in Atl! That homer is legendary
My wife was giving birth when Dave hit his home run in the 1996 World Series. Both the doctor and I were watching the game. I’ll never forget it….
If you have a son, u should name him Dave
Was 1995
Good to see David Justice
The good ole days, what a team that was,,, love some DJ speaking truth on deion sanders
David Justice is a legend and he played with one of the best at the time in 1990 chipper jones
Chipper jones first year in the league was 1993, not 1990.
@@jessethompson1545 sorry i forget sometimes because im not really a brave fan im a dodgers fan so i dont keep up on the braves as much as the dodgers
Why even bring Chipper Jones into a Deion|David Justice|Otis Nixon|McGriff conversation??
@wftyler9680 There are several more Ex. Atlanta Braves Player who were way better than chipper jones.
Sanders would've likely been World Series MVP had the Braves won .533/.588/.667 5SB 1.255 ops
That Atlanta team was HEAT!!!! I was suge a huge fan of that squad
Brain Jordan played both football and baseball too great at both too
Good at both not great
@@sherbstone your correct I'm bias I was a fan of his 😂😂
@MrBigplaybray lol I liked dude too pause he was a very good player
@@sherbstone no way you said pause over that. People gotta chill with the trends
@@lanceludwig5349 trend foh you don't know me or where I'm from
David Justice was that guy! Played on the top teams in the late 90’s early 2000’s. Braves Yankees Indians
Thanks, David for speaking positively of Deion. Like you said, the media loves to portay him[Deion] negatively.
Awesome time to be a sports fan. I don't think we truly appreciated what Deion an Bo were able to do at such a high level!
Boo Jackson was about to surpass Jordan in popularity til he hurt that hip.
David Justice is a bad brotha!
Having Keyshawn Johnson host a talk show is like asking a plumber to explain Fermat's Last Theorem!
Gotta put Charlie Ward in there also. Won the Heisman and the Natty in '93 was a 1st round pick in the NBA and went to Finals in '99.
Brain Jordan
Bo Jackson- the greatest athlete ever
I remember watching that fire on the news 😂
1995 World Series, Atlanta Braves vs Cleveland Indians, Game 6, 7th inning.
⚾️🏆
Key u doing great
What’s the connection between Justice and the Bengals? Pretty cool seeing someone not from Cincinnati sports repping the Bengals!
Who Dey! I said the same thing
David Justice is from the Cincinnati area. He went to Princeton High School, the same school as Carmen Electra
ATL native and remember that fire very well.
If that was today the game would have been postponed. They still played the game that night...
Different times, better times back then. People too uptight now with fake morals and virtues.
We in the last days, worst generation in history, yet Everyone Virtue Signal and Wave their (Moral) Flags like they the standard of righteousness
So nice to see David Justice. He was so fine back in the day and he is aging nicely too😍 Always thought he and Halle Berry were a beautiful couple, too bad im their marriage didn’t work out. Sad ending for them.
Sanders actually did not play in that baseball game (Game Five of the 1992 National League Championship Series at Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh); as Justice says, Otis Nixon was the Braves' primary leadoff hitter and center fielder, whereas Sanders was essentially the backup. Indeed, he only started two games in center field that year after the month of August. And since the Braves lost Game Five of the NLCS in a blowout, there was no incentive for manager Bobby Cox to use Sanders as a pinch-hitter or pinch-runner late in the contest, certainly not after he had just played an NFL game earlier that day.
However, Sanders would make some starts in the 1992 World Series versus Toronto in left field, in place of a slumping Ron Gant.
Yep. That was the McGriff debut.
H~
Otis was cold
Justice was a cool baseball player ! Came through under pressure. What I remember about him, is that he was married for a while to Halle Berry. I'm glad they didn't have any kids together, but I'm sure they had wonderful passion for a brief moment in time.
Two fit, tone, athletic and attractive people. Fun while it lasted.
🌷👙⚾
Deion didn't play in that game when he flew in
May he rest in peace but Tim McCarver was one of the loudest with his negative comments over Deion attempting to play in both games ⚾️🏈 it was something we never saw before and unfortunately the way they baby athletes today. We probably won’t get a chance to see it happen again.
Kinda strange how anyone can forget about Bo’s injury.🤷🏼♂️
Ummm his name is Otis Nixon. Lol. Not Dixon.
BO KNOWS!
Bo Jackson was so strong he broke his own leg.
Google bo jackson throwing out Harold baines at home from the left field wall
That throw is absurd.
DS was dressed and, in the dug-out but didn't play in that game against the Pirates which the Braves lost 7-1.
Dam……. Bo or Dion? 🤔🤔
It’s Bo. I don’t know what this means but Bo Jackson, Dion sanders, Barry sanders, Barry Bonds, Tom Brady, Tiger. I dream I move and I dream I groove like Mike. Everyone else is rude the coat tail.
Otis nixon,not otis Dixon
How can u even say the name Bo Jackson without remembering the reason he didn’t peak
Why how old are you
💝🤑🔑😘😘🤩😀😀🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️
Halle Berry first husband.
The rumor is that Braves general manager John Shurholz instructed manager Bobby Cox not to put Dion in the game for whatever reason. Dion dressed for the game but didn't play. Which was unforgivable considering what he would have accomplished that day. The Braves could have had him pinch hit or even punch run. Shame on the Braves
That is complete bs. I don't believe a word of this.
And why should anyone be interested in what you believe or don't believe?
@@PlayerToBeNamedLater1973 Why shouldn't they be?
@@amdtexas9383 because it doesn't matter. You don't matter
@@PlayerToBeNamedLater1973 LOL. Maybe not to you. If that's the case, don't read my comments and you should be happy.
@@amdtexas9383 I'm happy
He used to be married to Halle Berry
The other dude a lame
