    Feedback: definitely a good idea to separate these out from your standard 50 / 200 hrs service vids, as lots won't need to mess with the shims, but if you do, you've got a dedicated video just for that. As usual great, clear content. Also, "nipples" 😂😂

      I'm not sure if the question your are asking is "how do I know if I should change the shim stack" If this is the question. Regressive shims stacks sort of work for lighter riders on trails that don't have many features, (Ex roots rocks, drops etc) The majority of the rails I ride are FILLLED with root and rocks etc. Also, the bike I'm going to use this with is designed for a linear shock.
