      some sleep in cars first time and there goes shelter and maybe food who knows water maybe?

    So much respect for Paddy “the fucking bad ass” Pimblett. Feeling your pain, lost my dad to suicide at 16, I’m 48 and there isn’t a day that goes by that isn’t affected by that event. The after affects are devastating, it takes away a taboo that makes it an option for when you’re down and the only thing that has stopped me in the past is the affect that it will have on my immediate family! Listen to this man, you might not feel loved but you are. TALK TO SOMEONE!!!

    As a veteran, this was beyond meaningful for me. Men aren’t stone cold, as much as some pretend to be. My father went out like that. It’s a tough world, we gotta talk to our ppl if we’re struggling, as hard as that may be.

    I've been dealing with suicidal thoughts for the past few years and this speech hit me hard. I got goosebumps immediately as soon as I realized tat he was talking about mental illness and tears started rolling down my face. RIP to baby Lee and his friend and as Paddy said, plz TALK. The trauma that you carry due to your experiences is valid as well and you should deal with them for yourself and everyone around you. Hope you find peace and love.

    As someone who has dealt with mental health and depression for a while now, it’s so uplifting to hear Paddy talk about this on the biggest of stages. I learned that talking about my struggles to my closest friends and a professional is a true life saver and I’m sooooooo glad Paddy sent that same message out on such a big scale.     Wow, so powerful and so true, I've lost 3 people close to me through suicide and it destroyed me for years, I found my best friend hanging and couldn't save him, I went of the rails for years and ended up in prison, I changed my mindset whilst in there from negative to positive and wrote my own fitness book and dedicated it to the 3 people I lost, I now have my own gym and run a mental health group for men, it's ok to talk. Well done Paddy. 👏

      Goddamn, that's harsh. I've been depressed all my teenage and adult life. But I have promised to myself that I will never commit suicide. I don't want to cause any pain to my family and friends. If it ever gets that bad that I want to I will commit myself to a mental hospital. I don't know if it will ever get better but I don't care. Hopefully it will but if it doesn't I will just struggle on.

I always tell people, and the one thing that saved my life was someone telling me how else would you know you have it good or it's going well if you didn't hike through hell to appreciate it in the first place.

    Its my birthday and the past 2 weeks have been rough for me financially. Seeing this video reminded me its ok to reach out and talk to someone. When he said “ id rather my mate cry on my shoulders than attend his funeral next week “ that hit. I tend to bottle up my feelings and just cry it all out when in the shower but man would it feel good to talk to someone get it all off my chest.     I'm not a fan of UFC, neither I know anything about it... but I seriously have considered this as an option, and finding this clip thru reels on ig made me cry rivers... no cap, I haven't cried since 2017, my mind feels numbed most of the times, I'm in a constant struggle with my emotions, been to therapy, taken meds, nothing seems to make any difference, but Paddy... you've hit the spot to make me wake up from that numbness, and it hurts, it hurts so bad... I'm writing this not as a note, don't worry, I don't want to take that course of actions, I just want to the world to see that you're not alone in this struggle, and even a simple interview like this, really makes all the difference... peace.

      Don't be ashamed, at least you are a honest human.. Its very rare people like you.. Never quite of yourself, life is too short, enjoy it.. Enjoy the pain and the joy embrace yourself and stabilize yourself.. Practicing sports(bodybuilding) helped with my depression i go there and put all my frustration and rage into machines against myself.. Try it
