    Most of it is spot-on. The way expenses are so consistent across the district is amazing.
    There are some deviations:
    1. If you are living in the lush green area close to Noida Expressway, you may not need an AC. However, this belt is very narrow.
    2. Electricity cost per AC will be 8-10k / month if you work from home.
    3. Schools charge a minimum of 10-12k/month in fee. Maybe, her kid(s) are on scholarship.

    Greater Noida West is one of the worst sector to live in, full of crowd, full of noise, no planning, every 1km is having a society. Gaur city is even worst

      There are many societies in gr Noida but I will suggest you to look for a society in Noida because crime rate is high in gr Noida and Noida is the main city in Noida I will suggest you to look at sector 71 it has very good atmosphere to live with family.

      Well frankly speaking you'll need to do a lot of ground level research for La Solara as it is a small society by a new builder. Please check whether this society has got OC, CC and whether the builder has delivered all the amenities as promised. Local owners/residents of the society can tell you better.

      @rahulsamal9744 i have visited la solara socity. I would say to avoid this because in 1350 size their loading is very bad. Room sizes are like 2 bhk in size of 1350+ you can find more better option.

    Well explained. I have my job in dehradun. I am looking for future investment in residential flat. Is it worthy to invest in a flat in NCR Delhi?

    • @LivingWithShwetaGaurav
      @LivingWithShwetaGaurav  Před rokem

      NCR is a good option in terms of investment as it is one of the fastest developing region in the country and best in terms of public infrastructure . Please be sure either you invest with a good builder or ready to move in flat even if you have to spend a little bit extra.

      You living in dehradun and thinking to buy flat?? What wierd mind you have. I am living in Delhi NCR and planning to move to dehradun as to have peace in life and pollution free life. I will buy plot in dehradun and built my house there. I will buy plot at outskrits of the city as plot rate is high inside the city. Think twice before buying flat in Delhi NCR. I did my education from dehradun and I am very well familiar with dehradun so I know the difference between dehradun and Delhi NCR

    is Sidharth vihar good or noida extension?.

    • @LivingWithShwetaGaurav
      @LivingWithShwetaGaurav  Před 11 měsíci

      In my opinion, it's Noida Extension as Gr. Noida Authority is more proactive and has better planning as compared to GDA. Although Sidharth Vihar has its own advantage of proximity to Ghaziabad Railway Station and NE 3.

    Will keeping pet dogs be problem in high rise.
    How old and ill people climb say 20 floor in case of lift failure or emergency, maid different types of works not clear.garbage disposal not clear

    • @LivingWithShwetaGaurav
      @LivingWithShwetaGaurav  Před 11 měsíci

      Keeping pets is not a problem in high rise.
      Usually there are 2-4 lifts in a tower and it's really very rare that all lifts are not working together, I have never seen it in our society however emergencies like earthquakes, fires etc are exceptions no one can control that.
