I really needed this comment section. I feel so lost. Im scared of dying. The thought of my life ending makes everything i do feel useless and wasted. What should i write about, if at all, if not my suffering and dreams? Ive loved and lost and still, i don't remember most of my memories. Why? I wish i wrote about it all. Im 24 and soon will be 25. I don't feel young anymore, i feel isolated and lonely and behind in life. I yearn for so much more. I feel you, I commented something like this in another video like this (lol) and I’m 17 but all of these thoughts occurred to me since I was 11 and I feel so tired and I feel exactly like you. Why are we doing stuff if just to die in the end. Many people have their own answer to that, personally I think we exist bc we were develop at the right moment and the right time, or vice versa. Why have consciousness if we finally learn it will be gone one day. I can’t accept death too, but one thing I realize is that we still have a long time to go my friend, at least for another 50-70 years ( if your health is good so don’t forget to take care of yourself) which is not long if ima be honest but still living through all that time would feel so long believe me. One things i can tell is to just accept it as it is because you see, even if we find a way to live longer or even achieve biological immortality, one day thing will still end. I don’t find it easy to accept it too but it’s the only way to do it. Many people have a lot of way to accept death and I think just remember everything will end in someway eventually is the best way to accept it. Some say it get better while you age, some just say to not think about it. You just need to find your way of coping with it. I just wish you a good luck and a warm hug, I know saying hug to someone is not giving a real hug, so go out there to people you love and hug them or maybe even share this with because we as human will be gone in the end, it’s a very relatable experience for all of us. I also did something not very nice to my friend and we misunderstood each other intentions and I thought I could easily left all of those years with them behind but I know deep down I can’t, I used to be a ‘ strong ‘ child. Trying to act like everything is fine and I don’t have to go solve my problems but I was just wrong when I realized. Something cannot be turned back. I think this is what caused me to feel depressed everyday haha but still I need to learn to learn, accept and move on. The only thing I would be mad at myself is that I have chance to fix a lot of my relationships but I just won’t and yeah, it’s too late now. I hope you find your own happiness and enjoy it❤ don’t think about it too hard, if you want an optimistic side, I’d say some scientists is working on how to make us age slower and extend our lifespan and is sure our generation will be able to try it in the future (like 20-30 year I suppose) so yeah, that’s it. In 2 months, I will have important exams that will decide if I can fulfill my dream of becoming a doctor. I'm tired because I'm afraid I don't know anything. Dealing with yourself is honestly a full time job. I should know. All the night talks, all the breakdowns, nightmares, dreams, struggles and etc. They all stays hidden in the night and THAT is fascinating.

I’ve just started my first full time job, and I’m probably being dramatic, but it’s feeling very daunting. I went from having every minute of my day completely dictated by myself to only two free days a week. It feels like a lot but I know it’s best for me. It’s not for forever as I go to uni in September, but I know that after uni it will be back to this and that’s so scary.
it's scary to know a large majority of our time will be lost to work, but in the end that's why we seek jobs we can enjoy and if not we learn to appreciate our time all the more. everything will be okay you're doing amazing

I’ve learned to accept the fact that I cannot find a person that truly understands my brain. Therapist, family member, friend, etc. Not that it’s their fault, but I get so exhausted of having to deal with the exact same anxieties, stresses, and overthinking every day in silence. I’m terrified of what’s to come, I’m constantly in a state of worry and looking for change, and yet, I can’t properly explain it to anyone.

I agree with the first reply :) no matter what happens, the sun will rise tomorrow morning. I personally have extreme anxiety when it comes to just this one class’s exams which hurts my scores and it’s definitely been a hurdle this year. What’s made a huge positive difference to me is that one of my teachers believes me when I say I have test anxiety instead of accusing me of making excuses and told me “I know you know much more than what you’re showing. I’ve seen it. I don’t say this to a lot of students.” It feels nice to be seen like this and I hope you have someone just like that. If you don’t (or even if you do), know that I believe in you and support you in fighting your struggles.
During these times that you feel nothing but hopelessness, I urge you to sit, breathe, and just know you’re loved and that the world will keep spinning no matter what happens. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress!

(Wanted to make a little paragra on how i imagined this while listening to the playlist)
I always loved nighttime. It is a time of peace and rest. It makes me feel calm. The quietness is really what makes me love nighttime even more. I imagined myself as if i lay down by the prairie, watching the stars and the moon. This peaceful noise, the sound of trees that rustle and dance by the wind, the feeling of laying down in the soft grass, it feels weird in a good way. I always watched the moon when it was visible in my country, it makes me feel happy, calm, peaceful, and sometimes sleepy. I imagined myself dozing off with the sounds of what i like to imagine as "the song of the moon."

Now I'm at home, trying to sleep and thinking that yesterday I wasn't hired again, it's hard for me. I have no friends in my city, 1 always keep my emotions to myself and it's so painful and painful. My boyfriend is moving away from me, it's hard for us to find common ground. I don't know why I'm writing this here.

I miss my childhood and the old past, the feelings and sensations of those times. I want to cry.
This music reminds me of the times during the pandemic. I was at 5th grade when lockdown happened. After a month or 2, I have started to realize my situation; I am isolated from my schoolmates, I didn’t have any space and time for me to make friends and I’m a loner, rotting in my room playing games and watching yt after online school.
My grades went from A’s to C’s and I started to lose myself and fall into a bit of depression. I cry myself to sleep from then on.
But I moved to another place in my country. Obviously at first it was hard to fit in into my new classmates, but I am now in a better place with a small but caring friend group and back to having better grades than in lockdown.
If you feel a similar way like how I was feeling, I would like to say that you still have hope. Although life hurts and drags you down to the dirt, just hang on and make small steps of change whenever you have enough energy to do that.
Just know that I am here, supporting you, whoever you are ❤️
I haven't slept this good in years. This has been playing almost every night and I have been able to finally sleep without waking up in the middle of the night as much as I used to

As I get older I begin feeling like I'm loosing my grasp on everything. It used to be so simple. All my friends are moving away after school. I won't see them for year's and that thought alone makes me hurt so badly. People see me, my life, my "smile" and think how could he be depressed. No one really knows what's going on in my head I stare in the mirror and all I see is a stranger. This isn't who I want to be this isn't who I am I think such horrible things and I hurt those I love. This isn't me I don't know who I am but it just isn't me
You have to try to accept yourself. Even the masks we wear are a part of us. But you need to learn who is under the mask so you can become grounded.
At my most depressed and most desperate I forced a rule on myself. If an opportunity presented itself and didn't seem outright dangerous I would say yes. Even if I didn't really want to. I built a lot of experiences and started to learn who I really am. They certainly weren't always fun, but just doing things felt good. I even managed to find out I was a real person underneath the masks. Something that I had stopped believing.
Then a day came when I broke down farther than I ever had and started sobbing and yelling at God for torturing me for my whole life and how none of this had actually helped solve the real issues inside. I started visualizing my life and how awful it had always been. But memories of good moments, connections I made with people over my random "say yes" experiences, flooded into my head. And I realized that the pain and self hate was also a mask. One that I could take off.
I'm praying for your happiness and freedom from depression.

no sun. just moon. the moon alone. i'm safe here. i'm very scared for tomorrow and no one will take me seriously if i say why. this is an incredible opportunity and i feel silly for spending it so afraid of something that i know isn't real anymore. but it can't kill me. not this time. the worst it can do is scare me. and i'll feel so proud of myself when it's over and i'm still alive.

i've never like done this before, especially with how personal this is... so i'll make it brief in a way. I've been holding this in for over a year now and there's not a day that goes by that I don’t think about this. back in 2022, one of my uncle unfortunately was taken because of stupidity and the darkness of this world. loved him very close and dearly, especially with all that he's been through. but that not the point. the point is that at his funeral, i wasn't able to attend it.. the ceremony or burial because i(without my knowledge) had to watch all of the little kids(8 and younger) because it wasn't appropriate for them to be there. but its the way they did it... my own mother, father and older brother told me to just watch the kids in the car until it started. but it was a lie. my older brother got in the drivers seat and drove us to the party where like.. i wont say party, but like get together was at. I was devastated and felt betrayed in a way, you know? asked my brother why, he said just because I SHOULDNT BE THERE... it was only until an hour later, with me not trying to break down and just cry in front of my younger cousins and little brother because i never got to mourn, never got to say goodbye one last time, and get the closure i needed. i was forced to miss the last chance i got to have with my uncle without my thought and input. during the get together, i couldn't even stay there as it was just... to much.. everyone was smiling and stuff, but not me. it wasn't fair and still isn't. i told my mother and father to take me back to the hotel we were staying in(we drove 2 hours to go too the funeral) as i wanted some time alone, but unbeknownst after they left, they came back and dropped my little brother off... to watch him. i couldn't take it and just snapped at him and made him cry... i regretted and felt HORRIBLE and I still do. I never told anyone but my brother and he said i should be lucky i didnt have to attend... fast forward to my uncle birthday, when i wanted to finally cry and mourn, i was told to keep it in and stay strong... man. i don’t even know anymore, lol. anyways... that's it. thanks for those who read :) i'm doing okay mentally, but emotionally... idk. i hope you have a good rest of your forever. i love you all, and im proud of you all. muah muah muahhh

The eclipse happened today on April 8th of 2024, It was my first time in my life to see it, 13 years of finally seeing it. It wasn’t really full on solar eclipse though but it was beautiful.
It feels like I was stuck at that eclipse and feel it’s cold rocks and heat…it feels so relaxing.
