Legit when i was playing dehya in her story quest i put a burgeon team together and thought 'im going to play her how she was supposed to played and you cant stop me hoyoverse'
For me, her foundation is sand and we’re literally building her just to be functional. Its not about hitting big numbers, just about hitting numbers in general. Shes fun to play and visually appealing, but under the hood theres a newborn kitten, no dog.

Edit: Didn’t watch all the way through yet, but it seems to work okay. I haven’t experimented at all with dendro, but would Xiangling would be a better option? I’m not planning on pulling Dehya but I would like to start looking into dendro teams, and Xiangling or Thoma look easier to use (and are cheaper 🤔)
I've heard that thoma is the best but maybe not this team? Dunno much lol
If you’re planning on running a burgeon team, I’d recommend you use Thoma over Xiangling as he’ll be a much better applicant for that scenario. And yeah, it’ll be much more practical to use Thoma over Dehya unfortunately.

I currently use her bis weapon but I feel like sac sword is probably the best weapon for her until you get her c2, especially if youre just using her as an E bot which honestly might be how she's meant to be used.
Yeah I was thinking the exact same thing, sac greatsword was a lot better than I thought on her for E bot build. Worked a lot better than I thought it would tbh lol
If you use dehya’s burst at the end of your e you can kinda refresh it and have no cooldown on her e
I heard indirect and unofficial news about dehya's dmg will increased in the coming versions maybe that possible because the feedbacks about dehya 3.5

Hmm have you thought of using Barbara with sac frag to free up Kokomi for your freeze team? This can give her E 100% uptime if you can time it right and makes the rotation smoother as now the cores will actually be by the enemy as you apply hydro directly where Dehya is not with Kokomi's jellyfish.
I'll have to give it a try, haven't tested it out yet. Should be fairly smooth, granted you don't miss a sac reset on her E lol

naaaah Nahida's C2 is really good but when it comes to bloom teams it's not that relevant as it only has a 20% crit chance (but when it happens boy oh boy)

cleared this cycle using this exact same team--the only difference being that I used Nilou instead of Ayato as I don't have him. 🤣 The hydro application + key of khaj-nisut buff felt really good tho

@@SpaceDuck I'm having a lot of fun since I always wanted to build a Burgeon comp but don't really have Thoma--it still feels a little weird tho. Like, although I enjoy playing I can't stop thinking about how she could work much better if they put a little more effort into her kit to feel more like a 5-star one! The Sacrificial Greatsword helps a lottttt tho! This run was all done with a lvl 20 r5 sac greatsword and her talents at 1/1/1 lol never thought I would clear the abyss with a character like this, a true testament to dendro's power.
@@bitterblossom271 Glad you’re enjoying the comp! Yeah, I feel the same way. The missed the ballpark by a lot with her kit, and the sac greatsword does help out a lot lol. Dendro is indeed broken!

Sooo, she's kinda useless for Alhaitham's team burgeon since she triggers it only with replacing her E. Thanks for example!
She can trigger pyro coordinated attacks, granted you hit enemies within her E. It's just a very slow application, every 2.5 seconds. But yeah this rotation with the sac greatsword, makes it a little more spontaneous.
