- I Made an ENDERMAN Cosplay Helmet, using Blockbench and the Qidi X-MAX3 3D printer. But everything goes wrong, and I learn why we so often see Minecraft cosplays made out of cardboard. This won't stop us tho, and in the end I came up with an inventive solution!

Lights used for the eyes were flexible 2x AA powered single light led panels, often used for Iron Man cosplay helms and more.

Blockbench is a free to use 3D modeling software for Minecraft, Pixelart and Low-Poly game graphics. It's officially used by Mojang to make new mobs, and has been a core pillar of all ArtsByKev content since I started CZcams.
You find blockbench over at blockbench.net as a downloadable software or the open web app (which is great to use whilst travelling!) - Hry

I’m going to guess that’s actually what’s its design is based off of
The design is entirely improvised based off of the in game format of the enderman texture.
The added thckness is necessary for rigidity in the printed model, and the teeth offset from the solution to not harm the upper head visual with cutaway material since it makes up the main silhouette.
It's probably because in storymode, the Enderman head has thickness and no offset, while in the main game, it has no thickness and the jaw is offset backwards when open

The fact that this is more accurate than the actual model being viewed in Blockbench is crazy.

I like the idea of improving it by adding those patterns/boxes on the outside so it's not smooth!
Another way to add detail is by adding sclera (or the iris) to the eyes.

i think it whould have been better if the top jaw botom bit wasnt flat so you chould se the outline of the mouth somewhat i think that whould be cooler looking
Would have loved to go that way, but decided that I was going to stay true to the source and go purely off of the in game Minecraft texture for the Enderman.
Might choose to alter it for a future revision, but not sure yet. In the best of worlds I would have preferred not to have had the length of the mouth shortened either. Potential is to use aluminium rods for structure, which I could look into for a part 2 :D
