I'm a 60 year old guy and listening to this young woman perform brings tears to my eyes. Julia, thru her bass, just becomes part of the music. There are a lot of good bass players out there but not many have the gift/feel of letting the music flow out thru them and in to their playing. You can't teach that.
I listen to songs on this channel that Julia has covered(covered almost sounds like an insult), that I other wise would not listen to just to hear her magic.

These songs by Jamiroquai are high level musicians at the top of the game. Julia just knocks everything out the park. A bloody inspiration honestly.

Probably the single best Jamiroquai bass cover I've heard. You could EASILY have stood in for Zender back in the day.. This is an EXCELLENT reproduction of a very slick bassline. Huge praise for sharing this with the world via CZcams. I also LOVE this song... one of my faves.

This is no surprise that Julia has this following. Listening to this was like my brain was caressed by a silk cloth, had caramel poured over it then rinsed in an effervescent stream of crystal clear water.
