SOOOOO GOOD to see her off of all of the Soul killing psych meds and away from all of the Spirit vampire psych 'Dr.s' and *back* to the strong, utterly honest, challenging, vulnerable, and beautiful Sinead that we knew before the psych business got to her. SO grateful to know that though they pushed her down for a while, that they were never able to *break her* (not that they didnt try), and that her true self survived, and is here to sing to us about it.
If you're ill, you can makea choice to take those fucking meds. for stabilization. They can, if properly titrated, be made tolerable so you can actually benefit. I know, I live with them daily/nigthly, 24/7/365. Otherwise, I'd be hospitalized a looot! Do take beneficial supplements, swim, walk my dog, see friends but this evil illness is beyond my control. I chose to remain as healthy mentally & emotionally & physically as I can. It's very controversial, I do understand.

If you're ill, you can makea choice to take those fucking meds. for stabilization. They can, if properly titrated, be made tolerable so you can actually benefit. I know, I live with them daily/nigthly, 24/7/365. Otherwise, I'd be hospitalized a looot! Do take beneficial supplements, swim, walk my dog, see friends but this evil illness is beyond my control. I chose to remain as healthy mentally & emotionally & physically as I can. It's very controversial, I do understand.
