@Paleis Heuwel smoked is not bad but its difficult to judge when they done. I like to cut thin pieces or portions and then fry ut quickly. I like it. Its a bit like an amberjack.
Good video. I can't believe that the floating fish didn't get the attention of the sharks in the area. But, rather there than on a stinger hooked to the diver, but I've seen that too. Looks like a great day for ya. Post some more videos.

i think they great to eat. BUT they can be over done very quickly. So it must be cooked hard n fast.

The likelihood of sharks taking your fish is actually low if you have put a knife through the brain. Sharks are not the problem they made out to be.

I can’t help but think shark bait with those fish dangling from the float.
