No matter the situation of Pastor Evans stepping down from his role, I will continue to listen to his teachings and cover him in prayer. I have always considered him my spiritual father and have learned so much from him. We have all fallen short and it takes bravery and boldness to repent and recognize when you are wrong. I have much respect for him and pray that he can overcome this battle in Jesus name. The devil has not won!

We all loved Bill Cosby or should I say what the outward appearance showed right…the truth hurts. We all fall short…I pray he didn’t hurt anyone. Because then I know a lot more people will be hurt by this.

There's a saying in Jamaica,if you live in a glass house don't throw stones ..we are all born with the sin nature,we all have fallen short..only a coward hits a man that is already down. Dr Evans has confessed before God and has repented,he could have kept it to himself but because of his relationship to God he feels the need to do it the way of God. Don't tear him down,lift him up in prayer. Tony Evans is truly a man of God, and I know God will restore him in the fullness of time .this man has the heart and mind of Christ..

I do not think people are throwing him down, but we are to ask for accountability. God is our God of mercy. We still need to obey and live in fear of Him. We need to follow His commands. I just started listening to Mr. Evans. I feel kind of tricked. He can never save me, but the blind can not lead the blind. We have all sinned. I do believe that someone in a position of power needs to be above reproach. I would surely hope not to see my pastor down at the local pub. They are not perfect. Nor are we. There is One.
Jesus never condemn slavery
A "pastor" or Leader of any ideology isn't usually that stupid - even they seem to know slavery is EVIL
Raping a child or two is less of a "sin" that supporting slavery....?
I have been so blessed by the ministry God has assigned to Pastor Tony Evans. You’re in our thoughts and prayers. Like Peter and many others including myself, we all come short of the glory of God. Nonetheless, through the blood of Jesus Christ we are forgiven and restored.
Lord Jesus please give me strength. I seem to bear the weight of the world on my shoulders as a single mom, I often face challenges that can seem insurmountable especially with raising two children with special needs. I’m trying to balance everything but Lord I’m struggling to make ends meet, to pay bills, and to put food on the table for my children. Jesus hear my prayers and please continue to give me strength.🙏🏾

Cast all your cares on him, he never meant for you to carry the weight of the world that's his job. Sometimes letting him go of people, Jobs, things of comfort are the hardest things we have to do, but sometimes giving those up, we actually give you great peace. And it may not be something you have to give up permanently, it may be that season is over, and you need to go through another season so that you can grow.❤

Hi @SamTheBreadGuy I've never been to prison but I agree with you on Tony Evans' preaching. I was introduced to him about 10 years ago and in spirit consider him one of my pastor's. May I recommend one of his books that helped mt? Well, I will ha, ha. Read "Kingdom Man." It offered a blueprint for me and I genuinely pray it does for you as well. If you have a lady friend/wife she may benefit from "Kingdom Woman." I'll stop rambling. God bless and guide you every day.
