Because people are realizing that living in a walkable area is much better than living out in the suburbs and having to drive to everything.
So what’s walkable? I live in Buckhead and not much is walkable.
@@Akartavor - Buckhead is the suburbs, it's made to be un-walkable on purpose. We are talking about people moving to the CITY, not out in Buckhead.
@@TommyJonesProductionsBuckhead might have been the suburbs 100years ago but not today. If you are talking about Midtown then fine. Downtown is also walkable but it’s a death wish if you do not often enough.

Atlanta is a great place to live if you can tolerate hip hop culture. That means you will smell of weed on almost every drive you take and violent crime is common. Throw in some street racing and loud rap music playing from the car next to you at a stop light and you get the point. The roads are terrible absolutely terrible as is the traffic. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
I loved the list but traffic was a stretch. Atlanta always inspires you to be a better version of yourself because if you want more, you see it and it is well within your reach. The Atlanta parks are amazing. The restaurant scene is phenomenal. It is truly a city that includes everyone and has something for everyone.

Not really. It’s predominately a black city. You do the math on that. I live in a million dollar house in Buckhead too. Had my car stolen from in front of my house and had to pull out a Glock on a guy trying to break into my truck.

Hartsfield Jackson airport is the WORST airport and has the longest lines Ive ever seen. I've traveled the world and this is by far the worst managed airport on earth.
first you have the cutest name in the world. second- I think as an Atlantan I've just gotten used to the chaos there. I guess being the busiest also equals having problems. My favorite airport is probably Austin's.

Atlanta's inbound migration exceeds its outbound migration for a net positive gain but it's outbound migration may be significant enough to report on. Eventually all states will have a boom followed by a bust Eventually. Migration patterns are cyclical since the beginning of mankind it is human nature.
