My husband is very fond of your cooking Whatever I try to cook newly I really follow your recipe that idly podi awesome. Nowadays my friends and family members asking me to prepare that idly podi for them. I never change any measurements you have said sir and the result came out well. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I used to prepare this payasam in 2000. Over the years lost the recipe and the new ones on the internet like you said didn't do justice to the original recipe. Thank you once again Chef!
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. First time I had in Windsor Manor at Bangalore . I searched for the recipe, some of them also used tender coconut water in the payasam. But this is awesome. Its really divine. I have tried many of your recipes , which my Family members loves them.The latest I tried was Pongal. My Parents, Brother and my colleagues at office loved it.
