    I love how we're not allowed to eat fruit on Dr. Axe's keto diet, yet his kitchen counter is chock full of fruits! lol

      Hey Tom! Thanks for reaching out. Dr. Axe recommends keto as a "reset", not as a long term lifestyle. Getting a good variety of fruits and vegetables is always great as long as it's helping to meet health goals!

    Leafy Green Vegetables are missing. The smoothies and information you share is amazing Dr.Axe. You and Doctor Brooke Goldner are my favorites.

    I make a smooth for my mom, I put walnuts, pumpkin seeds and almond butter in it. Kale, carrots, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, cinnamon, soy milk and almond butter. Sometimes beets and grapes too.

    Jordan, I’m reading your book makers diet, going through similar situation as you did, recovering from a parasite, been homebound a while. On the path to heal and healing, can’t wait to feel great again!! Thanks gonna try this smoothie!! I live in Nashville too!!

    I just made my first smoothie. I will probably go to just do 1 TBLS Almond Butter and add my natural cacao powder. I bought the vanilla Keto Protein Powder for my hubby, but I think chocolate will help the taste a lot. I'm suffering from ulcerative colitis and some kind of stomach issue that is still unknown. Praying this will help me!!!! (along with seeing my physician of course!)

    I like to increase the fat even more by adding 1T of MCT oil. You can now get MCT Powder with different flavours.

    Is it enough to split with someone else or would I need to double the ingredients to get two serving sizes?? Also are y’all using the garden of life keto protein? It says a serving size is 2 scoops?

      Exactly! This is meant to be filled with protein and high-quality fats to kick off the day. We didn't use cruciferous veggies to make it digestion-friendly.

    Hi i make my smoothly with coconut mil almond butter blue berries maca power hempseed chia seeds flaxseed cardamomo and 1/2 of the protein powder and avocado, do you think is too much ? Thanks for the video I really enjoy watching you guys
