  • Spring and summer are coming fast, and making this lasagna is so much better than turning on your oven in the heat! If you are one of the beginners to the Instant Pot, this recipe is PERFECT for you! Or even if you have been using the Instant pot for awhile, this is a fun new one to try!
If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a glass bowl that will fit!

Just remember when using the Instant Pot, it takes 10-20 minutes to pressurize!
Be sure to give me a thumbs up and comment if you would like more Instant pot recipes or tips and tricks with the Instant Pot!
This is the Instant Pot I have (yes it is the cheaper one and I love it!): amzn.to/2F3Lznx
    7 inch Springform pan: amzn.to/2FsJE0m
If you are cooking for 1 person I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!

I made this lasagna tonight. It was really really good😋😋😋 My only issue is I had to cook it longer (15 more minutes) than the 24 minutes stated in the recipe. The noodles were not quite done. I love a good veggie lasagna. And this was it. Although I had to add mushrooms, olives and onion. I sautéed the mushrooms and onion, chopped the spinach... sooooo good!!

For those of us meat lovers, simply kook about half pound ground beef, season it with Italian saesonings while its kookin, then add it within sister #2s ingredients. Tada, there ya go!!!😁😁😁

Kristin... I loved the simplicity of this recipe!!! I am allergic to all forms of yeast, which includes gluten and soy, but Barilla makes a gluten free oven ready lasagna, so I didn’t even have to make my own pasta. I added my homegrown and dehydrated shiitake mushrooms and my spicy marinara sauce, and my hubby raves about this recipe. Please, please, PLEASE keep adding to InstantPot Mondays

Another great video Kristin! I've been watching your videos for years and have enjoyed using my instant pot with your recipes. My favorites so far are your potato salad, spaghetti, cheesecake and pulled pork. I finally tried making this lasagna tonight and it turned out pretty good. Some of the noodles were a little harder than others. I didn't have spinach so skipped that, also used cottage cheese instead of ricotta. My springform pan (no need to spray it) always leaks so I put tinfoil underneath and wrapped it around. Added some browned ground Turkey for some protein (put it in under the sauce). Definitely a good recipe that is pretty easy to make. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to seeing more videos!

I make a bacon pasta sauce that is miles ahead of Ragu. Fry six strips of bacon, take out of the grease. Add a chopped onion, a few cloves of garlic, oregano and basil. Brown them, add a 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes. Stir and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes, crumble the bacon and put it back in. Stir and simmer another 10 minutes. Used a cast iron 12 pan. You can use any meat you like, serves two, wicked awesome with mushroom ravioli. Lasts 2 weeks in the fridge before going funky.

Just made this. Thanks for video. I'm a beginner IP. I thought the flavor was decent. Pasta noodles were not done at 24 minutes. No doubt due to not using the oven ready pasta you mentioned. I have had to pop my lasagne in regular oven and hope that helps. Also, lasagne was a little dry. I should have poured in what was left in the jar, instead of the suggested 1/2 cup or so.
