I am suffering from tos and it's very complicated since I have neck injury also. Can't do angiography due to excessive pain in the position they need or movments. Very informative video, best one I've seen yet on diagnosis. I feel this needs to be standard for all doctors to see so they know what there getting into. Wish you had more time to explain the last part of video. All in all best info out there thanks you

I have been using cannabis to treat TOS with it being the easiest on the system for years. Now I can not smoke due to infection. Massage has seemed to help the best lately but not covered under insurence. I feel enough massage can rejuvenate the stagnation of blood flow making me feel better if done right. Should be standard for folks that hunk they need it

Hello, I have a question. Ive had progressive numbness down the arms. Started in my right with pinky and wring finger and then progressed to the whole hand and then my other hand. Deep neck bone pain too. However, after 5 months or so, my toes started going numb as well. I know it's a stretch - but could this be a result of TOS? A neurosurgeon noted a diminished pulse in my hand when raised. Also, two EMG's have shown issues - the first one was an ulnar nerve issue the 2nd one showed a "old or chronic C8" radiculopathy" - yet the MRI's don't support the EMG. My life is being slowly taken away from me. Thank you for your help

I have the same issues as you. Except I'm 3 years in, and now my neuro doctor thinks I have carpal tunnel in both hands, and nerve entrapment in both elbows. About two years my right foot started cramping up, and then my toes started moving on their own. So now if you press on the right side of my body my toes on my right foot will move like crazy. My left foot is now starting to burn really bad in the arch and my toes slightly move on their own on that foot.
I also had a major onset of arthritis in all my major joints. Unfortunately my dominant hand has been effected the most. I have ulnar deviation, and degeneration of my first two mcp joints. So not only do I have nerve pain on the right side of face, neck, shoulder, my entire arm, wrist and fingers I gotta deal with arthritis pain too. If I use my hand too much I lose circulation in it. Only on my dominant hand.
Trust me I know how you feel. All you can do is pray and hope that God will send the right doctor your way. God bless.

@@JenChapmanjustjenmakeup Hi, the pain is in my left shoulder, neck, face and bicep/tricep my thumb also feels strange but doesn't hurt.
Some days i can wake up and it isn't so bad but others for no apparent reason it is so painful. Hot water bottles seem to help, I have had this pain which is getting worse for 4 years plus.
      Thanks for your interest

@@rocknroll506 : Hi there I too have bilateral cervical ribs and like you it never caused me problems until 2years ago when I did a yoga pose called bridge pose....after that my symptoms got progressively worse to the point that wearing winter clothes like a scarf around my neck , heavy jackets or a jewellery piece like a heavy neck piece etc bothers me and shoots up my pain.
Some times I have good days sometimes have really bad days where I just wanna die. Seen 2 vascular surgeons- one has said to remove the ribs and the other said my pain is not ribs related but due to postural. I sometimes take celebrex to reduce pain until 2021. In 2021 i fell pregnamt and now I am 5 months post-partum and due to breastfeeding I am unable to take any tablet other than paracetamol and seriously I am having the worst time of my life. I am unable to hold me baby at all and my husband/parents hold him ,change his diaper and put him down for naps.
Nothing is more heart breaking than not being able to cuddle and just lift your child than this and I curse myself every single day for doing that yoga pose which has leaded me to this day.
I am really sorry for bombarding you with this info but I just wanted to share as it is very hard to explain to others who don't know how this pain is.
Have you managed to work any solution for you .I am seeing another vascular surgeon next month.
      Many thanks in advance.
