Let's talk about some of my BIGGEST blunders and the main 3 reasons I wasn't making money in my flower business when I first started.
I know it's really helpful to hear about the ups and downs of other's flower businesses, so here ya go! 😅 If you've been following me for a while then you already know that my journey has been messy. Next year marks 10 years of being a Flower Boss and I wanted to take a moment to share the three mistakes I made - and exactly what you need to do to avoid repeating the same mistakes I did.

Thank you!! We started a wedding venue this past year. I decided to start a small flower farm to also offer florals for the weddings as well. It was a proof of concept year! I grew beautiful flowers and we produced gorgeous floral designs for our clients. After talking with a florist who came to design for a wedding that didn’t use our services, she informed me that I was charging at least half or more than other florists. I need to be brave and charge what I am worth. Thank you for the vulnerability and encouragement.

Could you make. A video on how to process flowers correctly or make them last longer?
I thought i knew how, but recently i’ve received a feedback from customer whose flowers die after 2 days of receiving them ( just some stems, not the whole bouquet) and i do not know the reasons behind this
