    / stop-th. .
There's actually some great insult (aka truths!) I had to omit due to lack of footage.
    Additional sources for video:
The documentary "kadhafi notre meilleur ennemi"
    Israel and Palestine www.youtube.com....
    NATO www.youtube.com....
Gaddafi favoring China/Russia/India for contracts www.youtube.com....
Gaddafi dismantling government due to corruption: www.reuters.com...
    Corrupt government officials www.youtube.com....
    Kicking foreign embassies out www.youtube.com....
And special thanks to mackdv for letting me use one of his clips.
Finally, there is an extract from "Gaddafi Interview with France 24" which I do not own.
Music is by the "Vitamin String Quartet".

Why ? Because US are crazy ? No, just Saddam was crazy, 1st he needed defence against iran ( lets just call them persians ) and then when he was sitting on all that american tech and armour, with no money - decided to go shopping free oil into kuwait.

don't forget that Gaddafi was killed in Sirte, his hometown, after a NATO air strike hit His car. Then, rebels came and killed him. You want to KNOW why he was a leader?. its because since NATO intervened to oust him he had the chance to flee Libya with hundreds of billions and go live a peaceful life in an island somewhere in the world. Even Venezuela and Russia offered to give him protection. Instead, he refused and decided to stay in Libya fighting till he dies. And the main reason he was killed in his own hometown is because he decided to go there and fight.

I agree with most of the comments here he was a man of the people. He died because he did what was right by his people. When he came into power he took Libya from the poorest country in Africa to actually being the most prosperous. When he came into power he also vowed never to sleep inside a house until every homeless person in Libya had a home. When he visited my country, the former Yugoslavia for Tito's funeral he actually brought a tent and refused to sleep in a hotel for this very reason, until every Libyan had a home. To the average punter though who doesnt know these facts, he is a brutal dictator, and we have the zionists controlled media to thank for that.

I never hated gaddafi and never loved him as well
But I like to say the truth from my point of view
    Libya wasn’t a 5star hotel resort
I lived in Libya 21 years of my 29 years of age
    I was born there
    I’m a Libyan National
I grow up in the times of gaddafi and I wasn’t complaining because I didn’t care about politics
I grow up going to school then high school and finally university all for free not having to pay anything except 15 bux of registrations that goes to charity
There are also free hospitals where you can cure your self for free but it wasn’t the best but they manage to offer a normal basic service nothing sophisticated or high tech but clean and good friendly environment
    People where nice and happy
Based on how life was cheap literally with 200$ you would eat a whole month
If you made a 1000$ a month your set
Gas is 12 cents water is 50 cents
Electricity was 0.03 pennies a kilowatt
Means your bill won’t be more than 13 bux if you use 10kw 24/7 which is rare
    No income tax
No taxes are ripped from your monthly check
I used to make 2400$ in usd every month and they where 2400 nothing is taken
28,800usd a year and not a single dog could ask you something about it
That’s why I never hated gaddafi
Now why I never loved him
Because he could have done better
He could have offered better infrastructure
We had good sewers and running water but bad housing and poor people who can’t afford living in middle class neighborhoods
Teachers where treated bad they get paid 450$ a month
Police where lazy and they toke bribes because they salary of 650$ sucks
City agents where corrupt they toke bribes over fines, I remember kids at my school who couldn’t afford their lunch and I stopped bringing food so they won’t see me eating
The cause of the 2011 war was people being fed up but NATO and USA saw it as an opportunity to crush gaddafi with their human rights excuses gaddafi also didn’t do any better, instead of calming the crowds who where first protesting
He came on tv threatening anyone with gun fire and some people got killed
Their families wanted revenge so they gathered outside a military base and started jumping the walls to get guns some did some died and that was the spark that gaddafi couldn’t control
He should have calmed everyone with promises but he wasn’t easy to talk to so he chose the hard way knowing fully well that his enemies will inject Libya with terrorists and their affiliates
But he didn’t think it well
And now we are all in the middle of chaos where everyone points his finger at the other

Pakistan prime minister nawaz sharif visited libya, gaddafi called him “corrupt” (Gaddafi had close ties with the martyred Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto). Nawaz sharif was later convicted of corruption in 2018.
“Al qaeda is arab, not afghan”, “Taliban is not a terror group, if they want to govern their country in a religious way they are allowed to” he said during the peak of US troops in Afghanistan, back when taliban was nothing more than terrorists and people viewed 9/11 as the reason for Afghan war.
Gaddafi always was never wrong in his statements, never cared what the societal attitudes were, just. Spoke. Truth.

I respect him for the good things he has done for libya and its people. I may not agree with some of the things he has done but he spoke more truth than many leaders today do and we only came to see that what he spoke was the truth later in the coming years after he was murdered. What he said about Saddam was also true. none of the arabs did a thing and now they pay a heavy price for that if you see now the situation in the middle east it keeps getting worse after his execution.
