I love this deck and have the indie version. Just when I noticed it was getting neglected (was just slower to bond with it as a newbie to tarot at the time, I think), I started using it for New Moon intention readings and really enjoy this regular use of it. Very attached to it now. 🖤
Just bought this deck today as the first deck I've purchased for myself. I think the traditional Page is the Wanderer of each suit, with Philosopher being the King.
This looks like a very well researched deck tbh. A lot of occult hints at the majors and what to me seems like the adaptation of the Golden Dawn court system. Numerology based pips at least look interesting. Though this definitely isn't for a beginner.

Those courts are super interesting. From what you read, they didn’t seem to match up with how I’ve come to see the traditional court members. It would be like working with a whole new set of roles!
I was looking at tarot cards at my local bookstore and I was drawn to these so strong and I didn’t even realize they was so heavily feminism influenced . Which I don’t care at all about Iam super stoked to start working with them (my first deck) . Iam just curious if someone would have insight on why I could of been pulled to these ?
Hi! So this deck has a lot of witchy symbolism. It really could be that you are a witch yourself, and that your subconscious is connecting with it. If you feel drawn to this deck, you should get it! Even if it has female influences, you give meaning to the cards and start connecting them with people and energies in your life.
I recently got the indie edition second hand, mostly because I wanted the full guidebook and I saw that the mass market one didn't include it, but man is it hard to shuffle! The cards are so thick and matte they just clump together. I'm hoping that by working with it more it'll loosen up.
Yes you can use them by themselves for sure. There’s lots of how-videos online about how to interpret the cards. Lisa Papez has an excellent beginner series on her channel that I highly recommend. 🥰
The back of them is too similar to Bel Senlle's Claridad Tarot... which is an independent argentinian tarot, the concept of it too. It made me feel really icky, if you are abre to, do reseach Bel's work, the deck's been out for a couple of years
