About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

"I cant be with someone like me, I hate myself"
Jerry's hysterical little rant at the end, lol
Mood 😂😂😂
Hits the nail on the head
"I think I may have made a big mistake," may be my favorite line of the whole series. 😂
I resemble that remark.
Neurotic
"I've been waiting for me to come along and now I just swept myself off my feet"
😂😂😂
"Will you stop it, man?! You're freaking me out!!"
I've been waiting for someone like myself to show up. Ig being single is better. Happy life :D
The pier of contemplation always cracks me up
lol you can see all the bread they throw down to accumulate birds to run through
@@ftroop8462 those birds are card-carrying sag-aftra members!
i love it because its the way how george asked susan to marry him
do you know if it is a parody of something else ?
That scene was shot at the santa monica pier , los angeles
Jerry adds new meaning to "finding yourself" 🤣
Jokes aside, this episode has such a good message: don't go digging for yourself in the people you date. You'll find that you are unbearable to be around
complementary you gotta fit together like 2 opposite hands then when you do hold on to each-other
You think I don't know that I am??? Who do you think already has to put up with me more than anyone???
I thought the message was not to get married.
Wish you’d posted this comment about a year ago, before I was rejected by someone… twice. That’s free therapy.
Jerry at the end became more like George than George himself
Kramer always has the best comebacks....
Too bad you got engaged 😂
You mean the WRITERS always have the best comebacks.
Except in comedy clubs
I dont like her i havent liked her from the get go . The writers may write it like that but micheal richards made that funny
Well there was that one time though…
Such amazing casting. Janeane Garofalo was perfect for this.
Ty
Her timing is way off 😕
@@mrkeoghThat was my first thought. Maybe they just emphasized that to make Jerry see how obnoxious and irritating he could be. Maybe not
Is she Joey's sister too?
@@smithmeister haha...no I don't think so, although that would have worked too. The only one I personally recognize who played one of Joey's sisters is Christina Ricci in the Joey spinoff.
That “linner” “lupper” routine was a brilliant parody that the writer’s did to themselves. I wonder if that’s an idea they came up with for the show but decided “nah let’s use this for satirical purposes when the situation calls for it
Might have been a shelved Bania routine?
I call it 'dunch'.
I eat brinner alot myself lol
I think it's from Jerry's routine.
@@moonlily1 haha, that’s what my family calls it too.
Kramer is like a buddha who is broke but full of wisdom pearls😂
Yeah like that
the buddha WAS broke. didn't own anything, lived off of handouts from the kindness of strangers
It's true, budha ended his cycle of mortality by starving and attainment of moksha. Lord Buddha has escaped the cycle of karma and rebirth.
"Oh c'mon"
troue
Kramer's smug pleasure in Jerry's misfortune... like the stock tip!
Hahaha I just remembered Kramer’s face from that episode 😂
It's too bad you got engaged 😊
That smug, content face of his in this episode is hilarious xD
He'd turn Jerry in if he killed somebody though.
The scene on the pier always cracks me up.
I think they did one with George.
Yes they did 😂
Yes they did it in the opposite
Yes, in “The Engagement.”
Is that their bit, or was it from a movie?
[contemplative jazz music]
"AND NOW I'VE SWEPT MYSELF OFF MY FEEEEET"
His ridiculous reaction. 😂
Only a true psychopath goes to a restaurant and just orders a bowl of cereal.
You should try it it is awesome!
can you still do this anymore ??? and where ????
@@animalluvrjane Of course! Any Diner
@@deadartist8827it better cost no more than a dollar
@@Tripp393 Lol it cost more than a dollar, but you're looking at it all wrong.
I love the thinking bench on the pier.

I developed such a crush on Janeane Garafalo when I was young because of this episode 😅
It’s been referenced a lot, but someone who worked on a film with her once said that when she smiled, she was the most beautiful woman he’d ever seen. It seems she can be a polarizing figure, but I too have always had a crush. She has a face I can lose myself in. Just beautiful.
@@alexbaum2204I was never too into her, but she was gorgeous in this episode. She practically glowed.
Imagine making Kramer to freakout.😂
Kramer freak out.*
"It's too bad you got engaged." 😏
Kramer is all like "I warned you, Jerry. 'Man-made prisons', remember?"
Also, Jerry used the same expression while talking to George some episodes before this.
It's like you gotta ask permission to use the bathroom
You talk about how was your day?! DId you have a good one?
There will never be another show like Seinfeld timeless classic. Ever since I was a teen
She's beautiful ❤️
janeane garofalo
@@melllvar4262 she was great in the larry sanders show
Turned into a hideous beast
She was really cute around that time.
@@yaterspoon57The ugliness on the inside seeped through.
"The shirt you got on under your sweater. It sits in a drawer for three weeks waiting to come out, and when it finally does, it only sticks up half an inch out of your collar." I thought about this problem a lot! Living in a cold country, where I need a sweater indoors most of the time. I feel seen! 😂
Jerry realizing he made a big mistake is hilarious. 😂😂😂
"We had a pact!"
That saxophone music over the montage of their time together is actually fantastic.
I get why they didn’t, but it would have been nice to have her in more episodes
I agree. Janeane Garofalo is one of my favourite actresses. Loved her in Reality Bites.
She was pretty
Twin flame messages here! “I’ve been waiting for myself to come along’
Jennie Steinman had me at Lupper and Linner
I’m a brinner man myself.

@@henmo24 Brahahaha....This Made My Day! Salute🤣💥
YOU STOP IT MAN YOU'RE FREAKING ME OUT 😢
I've never understood why someone would go to a place intended to do the cooking for you then order cereal. It'd be like going to a laundry and just asking them to spritz febreeze
Definitely not the same. Cereal gets the job done
I'd say saving yourself from doing dishes but rinsing out one cereal bowl?
Simpler times the 90s were
It's technically like anything though. Who can't cook or make a sandwich? Lol you eat out for the atmosphere, socialising and no effort haha
I get what ur saying but sometimes ppl just go for the environment. I don’t order cereal or coffee but there’s ppl who do n those are things you can have at your own house.
You can never get too much of Jerry. 😂
Apparently Jerry can. 💁
😂 Jerry staring at her after the lupper and limber comment is gold
So well written
Marriage? They're prisons! Man made prisons! You're doing time! You wake up in the morning: she's there. You go to bed at night: she's there. It's like you have to ask permission to use the bathroom.
Is it alright if I use the bathroom now?😫
You know what you do at dinner time? You talk about your day.
@@trevertravis8963 That's the WORST!
At the end of this video, Kramer is all like, "I warned you about marriage, Jerry, but nooooo, you didn't listen."
"I'm glad we had this talk!"
Janeane Garafalo is the best person they could have had to play a female Jerry.
i don't know about that but she nailed the part for sure! And she's attractive too ^^
That character made me realize that if Seinfeld wasn't the main character I totally will hate him
He is the worst actor on the show
@@zeusapollo8688that’s why I liked it. It was his lack of acting skills and the chemistry of the other 3.
Janeane used to be SO frickin cute.
I'd say she is now, too.....
@@TreeLibrary umm no she looks homeless these days like she doesn't bother cleaning up. And she talks like a dude

The song playing aptly entitled “You Stepped Out of a Dream”
This is so funny! 😂 definitely one of my favorite seinfeld moments.
I’m here to read people quoting the clip I just watched.
I’d really appreciated all of The Laughter🤣😂😅thanks
Funny episode and the end of it was inevitable for that time in the beginning, they were adorable together.
1:52 "You are freaking me out!!!!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
They should have added a scene with Jeannie meeting Bizzaro-Jerry and his pack.
I love this show 😂😂
They forgot to include when they breakup! The funny part is that they do it without skipping a beat 😂
"I hate you!" in unison.
I love how she neatly pulls off the engagement ring and places it on the table 😄
@@engg84holy crap I don't think I ever noticed lol. Jerry was that smooth I guess.
Soon followed by, "Mulva!"
"If a guy a saved your life you would be in love with him too"
0:31 😂😂😂that was hilarious 0:43
Too bad we never got to see Jeanie get introduced to Elaine. Who knows how the latter would've reacted, especially at the fact that the former is getting married to Jerry? Would she get a little uncomfortable? Angry? _Jealous?_ 😉😜
I think Jeanie would quickly become Elaine's best friend.
i dont like her... 3:59 she sounds like she is directly reading a script, no natural feeling
@@shkico4513 hear ya -- but Jerry's often a bit like that too -- always deadpan compared to everyone else's histrionics -- so kinda illustrating that she was his mirror-image, personality-wise? 😉
I think Elaine would laugh, and take a step back to enjoy the inevitable collapse, she would know that in the long run Jerry would get sick of her.
@@shkico4513I think it's supposed to sound like Jerry's stand up, not natural conversation.
She is gorgeous.

Best series ever.!
Poor guy, I'm sure a "get well, get well soon, we want you to get well" cake & song will cheer him up.
One of my favorite episodes. Hilarious!
0:55 That bit in the bank with Kramer doing his best to get these 100 dollars is just out of this world xD
Excellent writing
This is a better episode of Loki than their entire season.
There's having things in common but then there's literally just your very own shadow and jerry's realization of this is hallarious 😂
I love this show.
I love it how Jerry and George, go all the way West to California to ponder and contemplate… then fly right back home.
Sphopmore year of HS.
We had to paint cereal boxes on the ceiling.
I painted that exact Spider-Man cereal box. 😂
Were you all portraying Michaelangelo in that art class? lol
One of my Fav episodes 🥰
Jerry: "I think I'm in love"
LMAO
We all know Jerry’s ideal woman is 17 years old.
Not that there's anything wrong with that :)
A man likes a woman at her peak attractiveness?!?! What is the world coming to!
That would make her a girl...and him a creep.
The eternal conundrum persists I suppose
Janeane Garofalo. She had guest spots on other sitcoms.
I’m surprised she didn’t become a bigger star.
And a starring role on Larry Sanders!
I'm in love with her...so smart and beautiful....
She played a psycho on Newsradio
One of the funniest shows of all time 😂
Jerry dodged a bullet.
So true and classic 🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍
The face's of Kramer 😂
2:05-Jerry is carrying a vintage Ralston Spider-Man cereal. Those came out for a year(I think), back in 1996. It's basically like rice chex with marshmallows.
3:45😂😂 "That's a shame"
Quite the conundrum. Jerry loves himself enough to have a female doppelgänger of him around in small doses. But hates himself enough that being married to said doppelgänger is very unappealing.
2:06 rice krispie treat cereal 😢 i miss them so much and waffle crisp
Same initials!?...I like it!!! 😂
Great storyline on this one.
Gerafello was my dream girl too lol
Another reason why self awareness out weighs self acceptance
Seinfeld and Two and a Half Men I will watch for the rest of my life❤
Ahhhh-Haaaaa!!!!
It was a pact!
A Hand shake is a pact where I come from, baby.
I find her very attractive.
I watched this episode on Netflix last month!
Well aren't you special....
She really was the perfect one for Jerry
More wisdom than ten self-help books summed up in 5 minute video
i always thought Janeane Garofalo was incredibly hot but u never hear her referred to in that way.
She doesn't try to be hot, but she is for some reason....
I had a huge crush on her when I was in high school and she was doing her stand up and was on The Larry Sanders Show.

Trust Kramer to put things in perspective... The way he seems physically hit in the face by some of Jerry's remarks... :)
Its Carol! The Bowler. Lucky guy Jerry
This episode is hilarious m🤣💯👍
Loki taking notes
From.. Now i know what i've been looking for all these years...myself ...to.... I can't be with someone who is like me,i hate myself is quite a journey 😂😂😂
That " Kramer,i think i may have made a big mistake" tho😅😅
Thus, is the paradox of life.
Captions show her saying her name is “Genie Steinman,” to which Jerry responds, “same initials!” Auto captions are just wonderful.
She's a Spy😂
1:45😂
Boy, that Jerry is a funny guy -
The rare occasion where Jerry freaks Kramer out. 😂
Only problem for Jerry is she's over 18 😅
Iant Seinfelds perfect woman a 17 yr old school girl irl??!
Yep
Isn't yours a judgmental old school marm?
They didn't marry, so no. Anyway, not that there's anything wrong with that.
Kramer is the funniest character out of the fantastic four on Seinfeld but notices when something is wrong with someone.
I'm so Kramer in these conversations.
Now I've swept myself of my feet! 😂😂😂
