If anyone is still on the whole steve Wilks bs, look who he hired when he was the HC at Arizona. Point is, Frank assembled a kick ass staff. So before we whine about someone who isn't with us let's get behind our HC and trust him.

With Eciro coming from San Francisco, this defense is going to be FLYING around, getting to the Quarterback.....An absolute terrifying defense is going to show up on the field this season. The Offense has plenty of work to do and I'm interested in seeing how that unit progresses. But this defense is going to be LIT!
Steve Wilks with all due respect to him, does not have the cache, reputation and league wide relationships with fellow Coaches and Staff than Frank Reich does, to be honest, not many of the new recent Coaching Hires do or have been able to assemble/Hire the Quality type of Staff that the Panthers have done. Coach Reich is a well liked, respected, competitive and a grounded man in his Family and Faith and lead the Panthers into a new Era of Football
I said it in another video, but I think after it's all said and done, maybe a decade or two, we'll see that David Tepper has done a great job and will go down as one of the best owners of all time.
Colts fan here. Loved Reich as a person, but he so often didn’t prepare his team well enough. Preparedness and inconsistency were probably his biggest deficiencies. Hopefully he corrects that for you guys.
Didn't that press conference look and sound familiar. He just repeating himself. We will see if he takes any of the blame when they start losing and who he throws under the bus. I wish him the best there but so happy he's not are problem anymore

He’s amazing!! but Steve Wilkes deserved that head coach job he turned that team around he proved his self…… he took a team that was one and four to the playoffs “yes he did” if Eddy Would have made that kick against the Falcons they would be in the playoffs. we should all protest and not show up to any Carolina Panthers games in honor of Steve Wilkes….. we are the panthers and this is charlotte… we stick together…. This is night and day compared to Rhule. Reich talked about an actual plan and not some vague “process” response
