Sir if any OBC/SC candidate of any state applies from Ladakh than will he/she be considered under that particular category or considered in General ,because there is no OBC and SC caste in ladakh

Take example of Ssc selection post phase 11 ladakh the cutoff for NT was 119(60 students) i.e around 59-60 question and that too with normalization.
