14:00 Unfortunately SBF will probably be part of the rationale behind bureaucrats being heavy-handed in crypto regulations. Questionable manipulations of Tether, VC pumping of Solana, founding of Serum.... this is dubious role playing and interminglings to conduct while managing and operating an exchange that features futures trading. This is the sort of legacy exchange WallStreet shady business that will bring in regulators that still won't be able to wrap their head around the technology of crypto.

He figured if he became the authority on crypto regulation and how / what to look for in other sham coins they would never look at him and the coin his company created. He attempted, well he did exploit a knowledge gap. His ultimate mistake was backdooring CZ.
