You can also do this manually, print out a screenshot of your desired frame and take a picture of it on green paper. Rip it frame by frame, import, Luma key, adjust and done. Can work in final cut, iMovie, premiere etc

I would like to start a youtube's series in pills reviewing premiere in depth; i've never do this so i would like to know from you or your team if i can use OBS Studio as screen recording, and do a simple pan tilt crop in post production as you can see in this after effects tutorial. Is this a good workflow? or can you advice to me your workflow to screen recording a tutorial? Many Thanks!

Just one issue though, the project file doesn't download and forces you select all options then returns an error saying you have to select one only.
