I just talked about how many types of screen available in the market. There are two types of LCD or LED screen available in the market. One of them comes with the frame which one is a bit expensive but better quality and easy to replace it(I have used the same screen in this video).however if the glass is not badly cracked then I would say do not change the screen yet just carry on using until it die completely as the screen is expensive compare to the actual phone price. Glass only means screen without frame.
Hi, there is no relation with the data and new screen. Data would be there as usual. But it is always better to back up the data somewhere safe like pc or laptop or USB before you attempt to any sort of repair. Hope you would subscribe to my channel.

Yes its safe if you get the genuine part. The Genuine part always comes with the screen frame so that its much more ease and pro. Good luck.
