Great to have this out there. I would add only one thing. At the point when Catherine puts her hand on her chest/heart, and says, " ...it's been there a long time...it wants space," and Ruth reflects..."There is something there about it being there a long time..." Catherine: "A thrill comes with saying that, 'been there a long time...a little hint of tears there...", Ruth could have stopped there and offered a simple Focusing Suggestion: "Would it be okay to just sit with that teary place...let yourself be with that...". I think a going-deeper there might have allowed a deeper, non-linear opening and carrying forward of that old, stuck place. But, given the public setting and the shortness of time it is a great demo.
