I kid you not, I found this band back in 2008 when my sister's friend "gifted" me a battered CD with mostly Maiden and some obscure Finnish bands on it. I'm pretty sure she found it in a gutter, according to the scratch marks on both sides. But this one was the one I inadvertently stored on my cerebral hard drive.
Also, about the "obscure Finnish bands", one track was Aces High tribute by a "fledgling" band called Children of Bodom.
Who could ever think of incorporating techno, metal, and piano all into one song?
Such a masterpiece for such masterful musicians..

I guess everyone since the "best-of´"-version on "the legend" is a shitshow nowhere else to be found. And this masterpiece was deleted almost everywhere.
So I googled Japan metal bands because I was listening to Dexcore and Jiluka, blood stain child popped up and the nostalgia hits hard. I’m 34 now and I played this on repeat during my teenage years. Back to my playlist again then

They certainly are but huge part is their fault, they have shitty promotion changing singer every couple years. Also their albums are hella unconsistent. I mean I love them, but Idolator was kinda meh Mozaiq was amazing, Epsilon was ok, last stardast was really damn promising and now on Nexus without Aki, Ryo and Kiki its just not what it used to be.

It's Aug 2021 and I still come back to this song because this was a really awesome era of BSC. This song had a really epic composition. Just one of those awesome examples of the potential of trance-metal.

I love this band. Since these guys only sell their albums in europe and Japan in retail, I had to buy their albums off the internet for roughly 80$ each album.
Being an avid metalhead who listens to many metal bands, this band is easily my favourite.
