Kallakurichi needs good unbiased Police& good political leaders. Despite the infamous School atrocities it’s time for Goid governance there.
No need to build a Kamatchi temple & under bad religious leaders, the last thing Goddess Kamatchi wants for her devotees. Nal Aatchi with good people,doing good for the big crowds of devotees & all goodness will befall them from Goddess Kamatchi 🙏
Dnt wish to see another temple built in guise of religion but more for human political creed & popularity.
People should be discreet with their donations hopefully going to good courses.🙏🙏🙏

ஆதி காமாக்ஷி கோயில் என்று ஓரு கொயில் வடக்கு மாட வீதியில் உள்ளது....அந்த கோயிலும் மிகவும் பழமை வாய்ந்தது..இந்த இரண்டு கோயிலுக்கும் என்ன தொடர்பு.......??

Actually we are renovating a Kamakshi Amman temple in Kallakurichi. In this temple there are 6 idols along with Kamakshi Amman... Actually we are unable to identify what are the other 6 idols and Kaval deivams as well. They were not given and shapes just a stones were kept and worshipped. We took an initiative to construct this temple and give form to the idols. Can anyone name what are other 6 idols and Kaval deivams to be kept along with Kamakshi Amman.

Had bad experience at Kamatchi temple . Guide was hopeless despite paying him so much jst felt cheated waited 4 hrs even for special prayers & last ones to c her with people blocking while we had to stand all the way. Poor crowd control & favourites shown, poor management & despite my leg injury I had to stand too long & in tears … security guard index rite to cme so close to female folks to look over shoulder to inspect opp side. Very rude too. Overall v bad experience & nvr vl go over again . Finally had Goddess Kamatchi darshan & said I vl pray to her in her other forms elsewhere in Indian temples . Temple pple too v keen on the $$ pouring in b4 given priviledges. Wonder when on earth these practices vl stop in South india .
