That film Acrimony , if I remember correctly the husband didn’t cheat whilst still with Taraji. She assumed he was but he didn’t. Also they didn’t have children. It wasn’t until they broke up that he actually moved on with his life and Taraji wanted him back after.

Then he ended up getting back together with the girl that he cheated on her with without telling her and she found out cos the girl left the card in her brother inlaw's truck that he used to give her a ride. That is why she left him. Not because he wasn't succeeding, but because he did a lot of selfish things.

Movie description was so off 🥴. They never had children because she couldn’t have children, reason being was because when she caught him cheating in the caravan he used to live in she drove into it with full force which resulted in her having to go to the hospital. Come to find out the damage that crash caused on her body effected her ability to have kids at all.
She forgot to mention how her family gave him a job because they were mad at how much of a bum he was, he blew that opportunity by going to an interview for his computer business venture. The same woman that interviewed him is the same woman that he cheated on taraji with (if I’m correct) . Then from there taraji kicked him out because he blew the job opportunity the family gave him
