- After I got off of 1626, I was waiting for a 2004 NABI 45C heading southbound on Line 794, and as I was waiting I noticed a NABI 40-LFW heading southbound, 7677 in a Metro Local paint job, doing the 794! Since the ride back to downtown was about 20-25 minutes, I decided to ride 7677 from San Fernando/Fletcher to Avenue 26/Figueroa, just before the short segment where the 794 jumps onto the 110 freeway. The AC was on in this unit, but at least it was nice to ride in one of these units before they go away soon. Also if you listen closely, this bus has a different "stop requested" announcement that's done by a woman instead of the usual Metro announcement.

Do they still use these buses
Metro expiremented with the woman Stop Requested back in 2004 and they ended up going with the man voice instead although it also just said "stop requested" instead of saying "please use rear exit" and "for your safety" announcements. That was added after a couple years after the guy voice was added. I'm guessing they just forgot to remove the woman voice on this bus.
lightningblites Interesting info there, thanks so much!
Nice! I rode this unit back in September of last year! Hmm... as for the Stop Requested announcement it doesn’t say the rest. It just says “Stop Requested” just like other agencies.
Metro Fan’s Productions Awesome!
@@ocbusfan Also I believe this is a 2002 unit
Can you film buses at the santa ana train station
New flyer productions I might consider doing that in a future video
Awesome!
Alex Espinoza Does it bring back memories to you?
@@ocbusfan Of course! 😁
