Punk IPA, or Sierra Nevada Pale, the 2x Gateway beers to all of this!!! Decent video, I have an older Brewzilla thing, quite tempted by the new one. I forgot how much I love the colour of SN too.
Although I was slightly disappointed in the tasting video the recipe is bang on and as I drank more of it over the days I did start to enjoy it more and more. I think at the price point the gen 4 is a steal tbh. It’s got many functions which I haven’t even explored yet like preprogrammed mashes etc. The main thing that made me bite the bullet on this brand over other ones though was kegland. Everything I’ve watched and read about them as a company gives me confidence as a home brewer that they are constantly looking for feedback and ways to improve. All whilst trying to keep prices down to a minimum.
