- The Five Nights At Freddies Movie (FNAF Movie) has finally arrived after 8 LONG Years of waiting, and it's definitely had some mixed reviews to say the least. Fans of Scott Cawthons and Blumhouse's new horror Film have a lot to say about the video games adaptation of the Film, while movie critics seem to think that the Movie is less than ideal because of many different aspects, especially horror. This isn't really a fnaf movie review and definitely is not a fnaf Theory video or even a timeline video, however there may be some fnaf movie leaks, so if thats what you are interested in then watch this video. I also saw that Game theory was in the Five nights at freddy's movie and markiplier was supposed to be but never got a cameo. Could you have imagined mark as freddy fazbear??

i think they did the absolute best they could manage with a pg 13 rating. i thought it was a good movie and they did alot of creative camera shots to keep the pg 13 rating but also show some brutality it definitely feels like they tried and put effort into the movie. my only complaint is that montage scene was an absolute monstrosity lol but it was only a couple minutes but thats definitely what bumped the movies rating down for me to a 7 out 10
PG-13!? A man gets forcefully implanted with a new metal ribcage and 4 other people get torn apart, dismembered and mauled!
@@QuestRiotsounds like a normal PG-13 to me
if you mean the fort montage then clearly you forgot the animatronics have kid souls in them, and this is the first time they have had fun in 20 years since the location shut down, so maybe use some damn logic next time
@@beefygaming_realnofake it's not about dam logic it's about how the dam scene was done so use some logic yourself while yes they are kids doesn't change making into a montage scene wasn't incredibly cringe while also out of character for the protagonist character to drop his guard so quickly. It was just incredibly badly written and portrayed scene that wasn't earned with enough set up
the critics review at 3:55 says William Afton has good intentions, he definitely didn't not pay attention let alone care at all to what he was writing
I feel like the critics are forgetting that the movie is pg13...
And the reason that they did that was because of the kids that love fnaf. Ik that the game wasn't made for kids, but they have a strong fan base of teens/kids. Ones who would probably be really sad that they weren't able to see it..
As a fan who watched this with my cousin who also is a fan; we loved this movie heavily. It was a great movie and I will watch it again honestly.
I really hope Scott makes a second
i am more important than all the critics and i think it was perfect, the best they could've done. people think it's a bad movie but forget that blumhouse made it, they make a ton of mEh horror movies (m3gan). i think someone who didn't like the games at all would like it, the people who kinda like the games might be on the fence, but the people who loved the games and the theories (and understand that the movie is separate, and for good reason) probably loved it like i did
I also definitely enjoyed the movie a lot, and I also happen to be more important than critics so we win i guess
Well the movie in my opinion was great. The last BB jumpscare got me.
given the rating it was okay, and id like to see a better maybe improved adaptation one day. people forget that the audience who watched and played the games as kids are now older teens and adults. but i get wanting to cater towards kids 14 and under.
i do wish a lot of the plot was around the original games though and some things threw me off and confused me. they couldve kept the pg rating while maintaining some of the original story details but i guess the kids of today didnt grow up with the original fnaf so it is what it is. i hope they make a rated r version or 17+ version soon!!
guarantee the "critics" saying that the movie was bad because "not enough gore", are the people saying that Saw and Final Destination are peak cinematic experiences.
The final destination movies are more comedy than horror lol
Great video tbh, keep it up :). I thought the movie was way better than I expected and these critics need to be dropped.
I'm glad you enjoyed! Critics are just silly
The movie was meant for kids. Thats why it was bad. I personally didn’t like it. That’s because I’ve never played the game. Wouldn’t consider it a “horror movie”
@@TerryFromChickenCoop horror is something that is scary that cannot happen in real life, like killer animatronics, so yes it is a horror movie. If you've never played to game or a fan of the franchise, then just like the "critics" the movie's not for you
@@robertoduran3963 By bad. Didn’t mean to step on your toes. Your game.
I was waiting for the official PinePart review
Nothings official until I say my thoughts tbh
Another banger Quackers video
Long time FNAF enjoyer, watched every MatPat video.
Gotta say , this movie will fell like an info dump and exposition dump for non FNAF fans.
I partly understand some of those professional reviews cuz for a horror movie, it was pretty lame. It's like movies made based on a game are never the best. But it had it's good parts and it was interesting. The movie felt like it was made for the fnaf fans and not for some random ass movie reviewers who don't know nothing of fnaf anyway. I'd personally give it like a 6.5/10 because as I said, as a horror movie it's pretty bad. Jumpscares, bad, was it intimidating, not really and also it was confusing at times IMO. But the plot and everything else was good. (In our country it was pg 16 which is just stupid)
It was a pretty good mix between the two different mediums in my opinion. 👍
am i tree frog
I do not really know the answer to that question lol
i think kim’s got a point…
Kim is borderline genius honestly, Idk how Blumhouse didn't see the vision
