ABOUT ME
I've started a CZcams channel exploring food in Vancouver and hopefully around the globe. Let us take you on an adventure to find some of the best eats all around!
My name is Stephan and I am based in Vancouver, BC, Canada... I was born in France but then moved to Canada very young. Growing up as a kid, I developed a strong passion for food through the aromas of my Italian, French and Canadian family kitchen. As I grew up, I had the privilege to be able to travel to many places which further cemented my inspiration and passion for food around the world!
If you like our videos, please SUBSCRIBE, LIKE, COMMENT and give us a THUMBS UP.
See you soon and Ciao For Now!
Yummy food especially the large garlic prawns. We'll definitely be trying the local Filipino food in Vancouver. Thanks for sharing.
The deep fried intestine you passed on is way better than some of the dishes you sampled. They’re like popcorn of the gods.
I agree 😌 fried intestines > chips
typically, bopis has a lot smaller, chopped up meat parts. those are fairly big chunks.
1st!thats some good food!
Yum!
Wow... What a wonderful meals 😋😋😋
Great Job, try bulaklak next time.
You did good research on everything! It feels like you're somewhat lived in the philippines for years because of those information.
lol with all the Filipino videos I'm making, I'm starting to become a semi-expert 😉
👍🏆👍@@stephaneats3944
Wow I like lechon kawali bro!
Stuffed Grilled Squid one of my favorites..you need to dip in soya sauce with little vinegar and chillies with calamansi and eat together with rice and ice cold BEER!🍺🍺🍺
True, tried it the other day with the vinegar and was much better!
traditional bibingka doesn't really have thay dome shape. if anything, sometimes it even has a tad bit sunken middle part and it typically has cut up pieces of salted egg amd cheese and we put butter or margarine on top. it's so much better if it's steaming hot.
good know! Will keep an eye out for some fresh steamed ones
Welcome back in filipino food ❤❤❤🍇🍎💯 merry christmas USA

Now im officially craving for Filipino food,.especially the Bagnet.,hope to find it here in Barcelona or Madrid!! keep it up!
so yummy
The best way our authentic food is to dip in sauce (vinegar with chili, onions, garlic and ground pepper or a fish sauce with kalamansi and chili) together with rice.

Was that a Christmas tree in the background ? Quite early.
Christmas is the biggest holiday in the Philippines, Filos celebrates christmas as early as September 1 ( Start of the ber months).
Thanks for trying Pinoy food. Better to get the Bibingka at Manila Sunset.
Will do!
All filipino dishes are prepared more salty because it is supposed to be partnered with rice.thats the reason why may vlogger taste test about filipino dishes their comments are strong flavor, salty and intense flavor because the missing puzzle in the picture is the rice.
You dip the squid and bbq to the vinegar soy sauce with chili.
Stephan, you've made it to 10k subscribers. I thought you were going to cook something once you hit that milestone. StephanCooks?
Should I?? Don't recall saying that 🧐
@@stephaneats3944 I suggested you show us if you have chef skillz for 10k - you didn't shoot down the idea. So, you're right, you didn't say it. But you said you may have something special planned.
@@stephaneats3944 Technically you didn't say it. I asked you to cook something for 10k and you said you had something planned... but I have not seen anything yet other than an announcement that you made 10k. I think StephanCooks for 10k is legit
I've reached a maturity where I've done this done that, tasted every food, dish proffered to me i never refuse. My conclusion : Filipino food 😋 is still the best and I'll go to the grave with that.
💀💀
ur forgetting the dip
Eat everything with rice to balance the taste. 😂
May I ask what area this is in?
Address in description 🙂
come here to the philippines and we'll feed you even better filipino food! that what you had, i will rate as average at best.
you sound like Peter Griffin lol
🧐
that squid is so expensive, here, its around $3 to $4 only and that is from above average restaurant.
More than half of the video is not filipino food, its casual food around the world. Im not Filipino but i live more than 10 years here in the Philippines
Seafood City Nordoff and Balboa! Our eardrums could be damaged by your construction!
Poor employee may suffer from hearing problems!
Be careful OSHA MAY GO AFTER YOU!
This is not right!
Something HAS TO CHANGE!
