Part 2 - Excavating and Grading a Property for Drainage
This video is the first part of a DIY excavation project we are undertaking to improve the grade of a rental property of ours. We are using a 2018 Kubota KX040-4 and a 2002 Bobcat 763 to move hundreds of cubic yards of soil from a steep bank in the back of the property to the front of the property to help fill in a steep cliff.
