- Today I'm trying to see how far I can push this 2019 Trek Stache 7 29er hard tail mountain bike on the amazing trails in Bentonville, Arkansas. We'll try to find the best use for a Trek Stache and do some drops on a hardtail. After my Stache 7 Ride and Review a few months ago • Trek Stache 7 Ride and... I REALLY wanted to ride this bike here to see what it can do! Turns out I'm the limiting factor on what it can do!
As always, I sessioned Boo Boo and Choo Choo trails for an hour and had the time of my life! This bike is soooo fun. It's a simple tank looking for a challenge.
Ride one and you'll see what I mean!

"are you Seth?"😂 Nice look at how the bike handles. 🤙
Steve Bee F.A.T. Riding Yeah, that was funny😊
Love mine!! Best all around trail bike ever made..so much fun.
Just went back to the 3.0 tires on mine. With low pressure…game changer.
So fun!
Absolutely love my stach 7 2019.just had to put some better brakes and rotors on it to ride it to its potential.
Derek Noto It is an amazing machine! Still miss it and am considering getting one 👊🏻
Best hardtail! Best capable bike!
Tough to disagree! I toyed with the idea of getting one after my first ride but a slightly more maneuverable HT with a tad more front suspension might fit me more👊
Yo I love your vids and am so happy I actually got to ride with you keep up man love vids -the local shredder Thomas!!!!
Thomas, that's awesome! Thanks for the support 👊👍
Nice trails here, it looks like your drops are good and jumps looking fun there., love it! I am on a Fat bike Rigid Fatboy! I am currently looking for a full-suspension something hasn't pulled the trigger yet on anyone! Totally a lot of $$$
JP Dirt Bentonville is awesome! I buy used. Pinkbike was been great👍
Wouah really nice spot to learn drops and jumps... 😍
DrunkandBike There are so many different trails available here! Absolutely LOVE it!
Will the Trek Stache take an Angleset head set to slacken its head angle? Seems like the only thing I'd change. Killer bike!
Seth Nicholls I don’t see why not. It didn’t seem too twitchy but if you slacker it out you might want to go 130 or 140mm on travel. Also, the fork would need to fit a 29x 3.0 tire
Love me some hard tail...have you checked out the vitus sentier? Seems to be the best bang for the buck and has been top rated by mbr for a few years.
Wow! I just checked it out. Amazing what you can get now for about $1200. Thanks!
Nice ride. I'm about to pick up a Stache! One comment: you pushing the limits when walking the bike back up hill? :P
Ha! I was trying to push IT’S limits, not mine😊 Big day in Bentonville! Gotta pace yourself! You’ll love the bike!
@@TrailBreaker lol cool. Thanks again for posting the video. Looks like I'll enjoy the stache I'm about to buy.
I’m looking at buying a stache or a 2020 fuse comp 29. Any thoughts?
I’d love to ride this bike! As a 29er with wider tires vs mid-fat it’s probably more maneuverable. It also has more travel and much slacker HTA. Stache gets a little twitchy on steep DH. Looks to be a bit longer to if you prefer the stability. Also seems like a solid build for the $👍🏻
I’m looking at a used one right now for $600. Thoughts? Great condition. All original
Buy it!!!!!
So did you buy it??
What are some of the things you wouldn’t feel comfortable doing on the bike?
Big hucks to flat and really rough, rocky downhill. Going from FS to this, I'd sometimes forget it's a HT. Then a big rock in my way reminds me! lol Other than that, it's a pretty capable bike
Why the red tape on stem and bars?
It's a rental bike. I guess so I don't steal it (not exactly fool proof 😀). I travel so I like to try different bikes when I can
@@TrailBreaker ok.. makes sense now.
I'm a full time RVer,. I love the stache, I'm on my 2nd one now.
I've out climbed all the full suspension guys from Florida to Michigan
2:03 Oh yea you are
That was funny 😀
Are you Seth? :-)
Lol, that was funny😁
